Great interior design and comfortable, but my nail tech hit my cuticle so hard it wouldn’t stop bleeding and she told me it was because my skin is so thin?? Not my favorite experience. I absolutely love Bellagio nails. The best nail salon in Seminole county! Worth every penny spent. They listen to exactly what you want and make sure you are well taken care of. Wonderful experience. Beautiful atmosphere. Welcomed without an appointment. Was sat in a massaging pedicure chair immediately to relax. When it came my turn, staff was attentive and did a great job. Prices seemed high, but worth it considering atmosphere and customer service. Read Less

My best friend referred me here and wow very nice very clean. I didn't get the nail techs name but she was very nice and patient with me. I went in with red gel polish wanted a pale pink color. She patiently looked for the exact color I wanted and I even changed my mind to dip color instead of gel. I was also a little nervous about the dip since I've seen a few of my girlfriends get it at different salons and they looked unflattering.Will definitely come back! Read Less

This was my first time coming into Bellagio, I was greeted as soon as I opened the door! Angie (believe that's her name) took great care of me did pink and white dip on me along with my eyebrows, listened to everything I needed (wanted). Went in today and received the best gel dipped manicure I've ever had by the owner Michelle! She was really fast and made my nails look fabulous within 30-40 minutes and she was extremely nice. Not to mention the color selection for the gel dipped had so many different opinions. The salon was very clean and very stylish! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great nail salon!!! I've been going here since they opened their doors. I went in today for my normal 3 week fill & pedi. As soon as I walked in I'm greeted by Michelle every time with a "hey boo! What are we doing today Britnie". Today I have the usual. I had my pedi first and the guy ( I feel horrible I can't remember his name. He's does my toes all the time) started massaging my feet like he normally does. He could feel all the stress in my legs and feet from this last week. He massaged my le…gs and feet waaaay longer than he was suppose to and paid massive attention to the points in my feet that needed to be released. As he was doing that Ty (another employee) walked by and seen I had my head resting in my hands. Usually I'm on my phone but not today. He said, "rough day Britnie?" To which I replied "tough week" He then told me to relax I earned it. He noticed! He didn't have to say anything to me. He could of just walked by. The guy doing my toes then walked me over to the chair where Michelle's station was and noticed my car wasn't outside. He asked, "where's your Lexus". He knew! He paid attention! I explained I was dropped off this time and that's why it wasn't parked out front. Then Michelle came over and asked me to show her the picture of what I want. She's awesome at looking at all the crazy pictures I bring in and make it happen just the way I want. As she was doing my nails she asked me how I was doing because she had seen on FB I had lost Romeo (my dog) . She cared!! She made sure to ask me how I was. I walked out today feeling a little bit more like my normal self and a brand new bottle of my favorite nail oil on Michelle. You don't find customer service like that at many nail places. You do however at Michelle's salon on top of incredible work. To me, driving almost an hour to her salon every 3 weeks is beyond work the time.
