For what they charge there was no "wow" factor with my service. I went in for a basic pedicure ($40) and the lady who took care of me was very nice but the pedi was just....meh. Nothing special. I've had pedicures that were the same or better for half the cost. I was expecting a stellar experience since it's more expensive. A mask or glass of wine is a steep upcharhe, and I had sharp edges that i had to correct myself at home. Plus the front desk girl was not very welcoming at all.That being said, this place is SPOTLESS, incredibly clean and tidy. Went with my mom, sister, cousin and daughter. We all loved the service....but my daughter's nails polish came off after 30min in the pool. I called and they said they would redo free of charge tomorrow....i plan to give 5star raiting after they do. They take their time, don't rush u out the door. Beautiful atmosphere. I absolutely love everything about this place! always clean, very beautiful. The technicians are very skilled, but the polish choices are very limited.  I do usually bring my own, but sometimes I want a choice and there's no Essie polish, which is a bummer :(  I do appreciate that they use a lot more natural polishes but a lot of those polishes are thick and not as up to date style wise.  A salon that looks like this should have top of the line selection.I will stay in law customer, but I wish that you get more transparent polishes that are in fashion right now please! I took my 4 year old daughter here for her first "big girl" manicure on her birthday with the plan that we would get mommy/daughter manicures. I even called ahead and made an appointment for the 2 of us to get manicures together. When we arrived, my daughter was super excited to get a grown up manicure at such a fancy place with me. The place looks pretty swanky, so I was impressed right away too.The nail tech helped my daughter pick out her polish and she did a great job indulging her with lots of pinks, purples, and sparkles. She was really chatty with my daughter, which was great. We both mentioned multiple times that we were there to get manicures together, and I waited patiently for my nail tech to appear, but no one ever did. When the tech finished painting my daughters nails, she walked us over to the nail dryer, said her goodbyes, and moved on to her next client. Still no one came to do my nails, but at this point I really couldn't expect my daughter to wait patiently any longer while I got my nails done. My daughter was itching to leave since she had already been sitting still for 30-40 min, and the polish took FOREVER to dry. The tech put it on so thick that it just wouldn't dry no matter how long she used the nail dryer (and we tried waiting for about 15 minutes with the dryer). So when we finally left, her nail polish was still squishy. The girl at the counter who checked us out seemed confused why I didn't get my nails done too. Apparently the girl who did my daughters nails was supposed to do mine too, but she never did. That wouldn't have worked for us anyway, since I booked us get manicures together at the same time. On the way out my daughter kept asking really loudly, "why didn't they do your nails too?" because she was really disappointed that it didn't end up being mommy/daughter manicures. So I was not impressed with their lack of communication and appointment scheduling. So while the place looked really nice, my daughter had a good time, and the one nail tech was really friendly, I don't think we will be going back to Pure Natural Nail Lounge. Read Less

First of all the quality was poor, it burned when we had tips put on, the nail teqnition did not observe the hygienic quality they told me they would on the phone, I wasn't given any discount or even the package prices for a wedding party and worst of all they didn't even take money off when the nail tecnition chopped of my four month grown nails and nicked my skin. I usually go to New Image Nail Spa but they were closed for renovations so they recommended both of their other nail spas. I came to Pure Natural Nail Lounge with a very open mind and was impressed of the website. My experience their was phenomenal and experienced great service from Bella. When I took them off that night, the polish had never hardened and was ruined again. It was very disappointing. While the staff was great, they should have thrown out the old polish after the first time and had me pick out a newer bottle that would cure properly. I just moved to St. Pete and was traumatized by the thought of having to find a new nail tech as I LOVED my long time friend and nail tech in Dallas.  I researched to find a salon who specialized in gel products and this looked like my best bet.  As much I loved my lady in Dallas, miss Nina at Pure Natural totally rocks and pleasantly surprised me with an amazing gel enhanced/gel polish mani. My nails have never looked better! She's pretty awesome personally as well. It is the first time I've been to a nail salon that I didn't feel like part of a large roster of clients that were being moved in and out as quickly as possible. Nina took her time and made sure everything was perfect.  She also gave me a hand and arm massage which I've never gotten with gel nails.  I was fortunate enough to also meet the proprietress of the establishment, Tutu, who was a super hostess, not to mention stunning and ever so fashionable.  The ambience of this salon is upscale and has a downtown chic vibe I've never encountered outside 5-star spas.  The decor is posh, the music is jazzy, the finish out is classy, and did I mention you can order wine or champagne? The very best part is the membership which gets you discounts and a monthly pedicure.  I can't say that I've tried any other salon in St. Pete, and I have zero intentions of doing so. I've been coming here for over a year and love the service I get from Alex! I'm very particular about my pedicures and Alex is meticulous, which makes her a perfect match for me. I follow Alex where ever she goes, and have for years. I'm happy she chose this salon. The salon is clean and relaxing and the entire staff is quite friendly, especially Brittney and Marissa, who always greet me by name with a smile and offer of a beverage of my choice. The salon offers wine and beer (at a charge). The monthly membership program also offers a way to save a little money if your a regular customer. I had a horrific experience at this salon. I was so excited to try out a beautiful upscale ORGANIC salon, and I talked about it for so long my husband bought me a gift card. I eagerly made an online reservation for a Brazillian wax and received an appointment confirmation via email. Two days later, I drove 45 minutes to the salon and the receptionists were very sweet and apologetic but nevertheless, my appointment was cancelled due to a conflicting appointment. They offered me an appointment 4 hours later and since I drove 45 minutes and had a gift card, I was determined to get it done.By the time my 3:00 appointment rolled around, I impatiently waited another 15 minutes for the tech to call me back. I had to harass the receptionist 3 or 4 times to remind her I had already waited 4 hours, so 15 minutes wasn't just 15 minutes.After I finally got in the room, it was clean and comfortable- no problems there. However, there was nothing organic about the wax. I asked the tech about it but she didn't speak English very well and had no idea what I was saying. Calling your salon "organic" is likely going to attract a particular clientele that is seeking organic services. So I was disappointed yet again.But, I continued on, as I was already undressed and to my SHOCKING surprise, the tech dipped her stick into the hot wax and then SHE BLEW ON THE WAX TO COOL IT OFF!!!! I was like, WTF--where am I? I just paid for the most unsanitary, non-english speaking, non-organic, chemically laden wax and waited over 4 hours for this?!?! You're going to spit on the wax that is going on to my private parts?I was immediately in shock and told her the temperature was fine, she need not BLOW ON THE WAX AND THEN PUT IT ON MY BODY! That is like esthetician 101?! I didn't have the nerve at the time to run out and put on a stink since I felt like I had been complaining from the beginning of the day- I figured I'd probably just be written off as a disgruntled customer. When, in fact, I'm not...but it was the most unacceptable wax I have ever gotten. I feel like I could've walked into the back of an illegal nail salon and paid $5 for that service. I am a spa owner from Delaware and my best friend lives in St Pete so I wanted to take her for a pedicure before I go home. I am very picky about my pedicures naturally since I know how some places are with sanitation and technicians. This place is AMAZING. Highly sterile. Beautiful environment. Took my best friend here for a spa day celebration for her birthday and brought my 10 yr old daughter.  We all had the mani and pedi services together. The ladies that served us were so friendly and did a great job! I ended up going to lunch up the street and chipped my polish and when I went back to see if they could fix it, they did it without question and a smile. The decor is great and very comforting. I really enjoyed my experience and would give them five stars for the cleanliness, service, and removal of my gel alone. But I have to give them three stars for the manicure. At $28, I expect it to last more than a couple of hours. Yes - hours, with me being extra careful because I know how easily I chip manicures usually.The tech I had was really careful, but she also seemed to put on SO MUCH polish on one nail that you can see some of the polish got dented/smushed a few hours after just from that nail touching the edge of my kitchen counter. Despite sitting under the dryer for 15 minutes, spraying the finisher on and being careful for a few hours, there was so much polish that it never dried. I also notice a ton of air bubbles on ALL of my nails.I also have to note that while I appreciate the selection of wine, I am surprised they charge for a glass given the price of services and being a higher end salon. I am accustomed to a complimentary glass at most salons of similar quality.Despite the bad manicure, I would return for other services. Read Less

If you get the chance to visit St. Pete  you definitely need to make a stop here. This place is gorgeous!  We called after finishing our lunch and they fit us right in, all 3 of us. Because it was last minute my friend wasn't prepared, her pants were too tight to pull up. So we asked if they had any robes to wear and they gladly said yes. I added the extra massage for $10 and it was worth it!!!! And the prices were right on for the service I received. Now they don't have jetted tubs but I actually prefer that and I think in the future it will be the standard because it is the most sanitary. They also have a membership package that sounds like a great deal if you get at least one pedicure a month and you also get 20% off any other service. I think next time I will try the massage. I have not been to a place as clean and as friendly in a long time. This location is well put together and I think it is exactly what the downtown area needed. I am in love with gel nails and all the techs are amazing. I have been going to this location since they opened and I can only imagine how much more growing a place like this will do.
