Not very happy. I had 2 people working on my pedicure because the gentalman didn't know what he had to do at some points. Also, no massage. When us women come in for a pedicure we want to relieve stress and that is done through a massage. So...I spent 45$ on a horrible pedi!!! Never again!! Read Less

This place is horrid.  I came in for a mani pedi and ended up going for a deluxe pedi,  the one where you're offered a few other perks than a usual pedicure. A mean lady was in a black uniform apron did my manicure and was rude and besides the foreign language that was spoken right next to ear during the service, very loud and the giggles and laughter with other colleagues. She turned off my massage chair because she's afraid she might cut more than a cuticule, did not apologize. Very unprofessional and beyond rude. Save your money and save yourself from a massive headache. Whatever happened to nail salons that you go in to relax and come out of feeling fresh and rejuvenated? Read Less

Walked in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I was taken right away. The guy who did my nails took his time and really cleaned up my terrible cuticles. They were friendly and reasonably priced ($57 for pedicure and gel manicure). They also have the powder option available too. Read Less

First I want to start with saying I've been here a couple times before because of their proximity to where I live. Prior to last week I never really had a bad experience here but I really prefer it because of its location and proximity to where I currently live. Last week I came in to get a pedicure the day before a beach vacation on the east coast of FL that I was leaving for. Everything is fine to start, but I could tell the nail tech was going a little hard with the pumice stone on my foot...nothing too crazy but I've never had anyone do that before.  Then she starts going at the side of my toe, which obviously is not a rough part of my foot and I screamed because it hurt really bad! Turns out, she sliced the side of my big toe open. When I point it out to her I can tell that it's bleeding because she starts dunking my foot in and out of the water. Then I see what it looks like and it's definitely not a tiny cut, it's pretty much a small gash and very painful so I get upset. My mom was there with me and of course she begins to worry because of all the stories you hear about nail salons having unclean utensils, getting infections, etc.The tech then called the owner over, who cleaned it with antiseptic and put a bandaid on it. It still hurt but there wasn't much I could do about it at that point so I had them finish painting my toes so I could be on my way. The funniest part about it is that they still charged me $15 for the pedicure...I guess that slicing my toe open was included in that price. I should have refused to pay but I think at that time I was more worried about how this was going to affect my trip. I didn't get to go swimming in the ocean this weekend for fear of the cut getting infected. I also didn't do a lot of walking because the location of the cut made it painful to walk on. We were able to rent bikes which was helpful in salvaging the weekend...but that was also an additional cost that we didn't plan on spending. I won't be returning to this nail salon. Read Less

We walked in for 3 pedis and a gel manicure and were taken right away. We all chose the lavender pedicure, it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten! My nail tech carefully removed any ingrown toenails I had, which I get all the time :(, and every other nail tech I have had either makes it worse or hurts me really bad. Plus the spa is so cute and looks super new! And extremely sanitary, all tools were opened in front of us so we know that they were brand new just for us! This will be a regular spot! Read Less

This place is a hidden gem! Its hard to see from the road. However, its very stunning inside which matches the service quality. I've received mani and pedi, both were excellent. Extensive service menu and great staff. Highly recommend you give these great people a try.Read Less

My girlfriends and I were in the area for vacation and decided to get pedicures. We chose this place because they could fit us all in and the prices were reasonable. I am so glad we did! The ladies working there were so friendly, fun, and did whatever we needed to make our experience great. We we're there close to closing time but they still took there time and each of us were thrilled with not only the outcome of our nails but the overall pampering experience. It was so relaxing having the sugar scrub and massage and our legs felt so soft afterwards. Right as we were finishing up a big storm rolled in and even though it was well past closing time, the ladies encouraged us to stay and relax while we waited for the storm to calm down. Super clean salon with very friendly nail techs. I felt so bad the two times I visited because it was very close to their closing time- but they were happy to help! I witnessed a customer absolutely terrorize one of the staff (I would have been in tears if I was treated that way) and the staff member remained professional and courteous (which I would not have done!) I wanted to love this place because it looked nice and the location. I was pretty disappointed with how my gel manicure and pedicure came out. Very sloppy all around and I was left bleeding in multiple places. My hands (cuticles and such) looked worse coming out than they did going in. They're all very nice but it wasn't worth it for the price I paid (more expensive than others around here) and the quality I received. I won't be returning. Read Less

I gave this 3 stars because of some things that happen to me when I came to this salon. The first time I visited I had made an appointment and still had to wait 35 minutes to have anyone get started with me. Although I my nails came out nice, I think they could have looked better. This salon charges more than other places and I feel like my nails only looked good not great. My nail tech took her time and was extremely gentle and kind. She did not do anything to harm my natural nails. The staff is very nice and they all take their time. They seem understaffed as well because there is only 5 or 6 of the techs. The 2nd time I came in I got a pedicure with my mom. My mom sat in water for my entire pedicure. Instead of being done at the same time. I  had to wait another 45min for her because they are understaffed and had no one to care for my mom. Their simple pedicure is $27 dollars and it's over priced because I have been other places where they use hot stones and scrubs for $20 at no extra charge. The massage chairs aren't very great either. They look nice but don't really massage well. They make a lot of noise as well. On the plus side they are very sanitary!!  Plastic covers in the tubs for pedicures and a new package of utensils for each person! Overall, they took too much time to do a simple pedicure as well as they are more expensive than others. I think I'll keep looking for a new salon that will better fit my needs. Read Less

The gel manicure was alright. The nail artists weren't super experienced and my experience was mediocre. Made an appointment but was only helped 30 minutes later. There are far better nail salons around. Avoid this place at all costs! Read Less

Had a wonderful pedicure here! It's beautiful inside and clean! Not cluttered like other nail salons. Very nice staff also! I had a full for my acrylic nails as well and wasn't exactly pleased when I left so I went back and they were more than happy to make it right! Great place, great staff, and great service! I have gone to so many nail salons in this area and this is by far one of the best! Anna took such great care of me and fixed all the problems the last salon did to my nails. She explained different opinions and was very thorough. I think I have found my salon! Do yourself a favor and go check them out! I'm going to be sending all my friends there! Read Less

I drove by Noire thinking I needed a nap and then I realized I could get some much needed love on my feet and relax so I stopped in. This place has only been open a week and it's super nice and clean. The staff is great and friendly. I got the spa pedicure which is $27. They are offering $10 off for their grand opening on services over $30. I left feeling rested and pampered, exactly what I needed on a Friday afternoon. Read Less
