Been there three times , 3 different girls , exact same result. They do not speak English well enough for good communication , so it's tough to explain how much pain they are causing by scrubbing your skin raw , in that job they rush through , from obvious hate of what they are doing. Nails were " Ok ".. at best... but my feet , all three times missed my heel , and scrubbed off the skin till it bled on the back of my foot.. never again.. First let me start by saying I have been getting my nails done for over 3 years and yes I am very picky, but when I got my nails done yesterday she first charged me to shorten them, I have NEVER heard of this. If that wasn't crazy enough, when filling my nails she was very greedy with the acrylic! Third off my nails looked like someone just chunked on some polish and called it a day, the polish looks horrendous!! I went in here twice , for mani / pedi , after reading what a " good " one was , and it's " not " apposed to be painful.. don't think I will go back. The tech's don't speak English well , and seem like they " hate" their job ; so it gets so rushed... it's actually painful.. both times they missed the part of my heel , I wanted scraped , and got the back , so I couldn't wear shoes.. they use a cheese grater ?... not sure if that's normal practice , but the reason I went for a pedi ,was to look good , not come out scarred... nails , are. They do nails okay, but when my best friend went to get eyebrows done, the lady completely messed up. My best friend started crying immediately. Her birthday is in a few days and instead of seeing what was wrong with a paying customer, they just took her money, and told her to have a nice day! Unacceptable! When she went to get her money back, one of the ladies claimed that she didn't mess up her eyebrows, which she did, she was the only person in the shop doing waxing at the... time my best friend was there. The lady offered to fix them and when my best friend just said she wanted her money back, they lady went to her face with tweezers and took more hair off anyway, and had everyone including customers as well as employees gang up on her to tell her they look just fine. No, if a person says they want their money back because you FUCKED UP their eyebrows, give them their damn money back. I have been coming to this nail salon for about 3 years now. And they give me great customer service that gets better each and every time I visit them to pamper myself with me time. They do exactly what you ask and how you want it done. This nail salon does great nails and also eyebrow waxes.
