Been going there for years (I'm a snowbird). Went in for a repair that used to be free and they now charge $2.00 per nail. This to me is exorbitant since the salon I go to in NJ is always free (guess they want to keep their customers). I ALWAYS tip for a repair but with charge there is no tip. Since nail salons are a dime a dozen I will be going where my business is appreciated' - NOT to Kimberlys!!

I received a Gift Certificate to get my nails done here at Polished and I must say the nail tech Vianey did a great job on my nails. I called up and received an appointment for the same day and once I got there Vianey started on my nails right away. I went in for a Gel Refill and she nailed it! Great environment very Clean and peaceful Nail Shop. All the nail techs are very nice as well. Definitely will be going back! Thank you!

So happy I found this place. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Vianey every time. She is so nice and takes her time doing my nails. I never feel rushed. My gel polish lasts me over 3 week...

My nail tech was good and friendly while working on me but the owner seriously needs to get a clue. How can u leave ONE person to do it all alone?? She kept stopping to answer the phone and attend to clients coming in. I was there for an hour and half for just a gel mani and pedi. This place is very poorly run. The 3 stars is for the woman who took care of me although I don't know her name.

I'm so glad I found this place on Groupon. Ive been getting a gel manicure and regular pedi with Vianey for a couple of months now and I'm so happy with the service. Vianey has the magic tricks to make my gel last longer than they ever have anywhere else. She does a very thorough job and the salon is clean, quiet, and relaxing.

If my nails hadn't grown so much I could have lasted another month with my first one . I never had a gel manicure last so long, ever. Highly recommend. Good prices , clean and quiet ((especially on Sunday)). Thanks Vianey!

I called up and received an appointment for the same day and once I got there Vianey started on my nails right away. I went in for a Gel Refill and she nailed it! Great environment very Clean and peaceful Nail Shop. All the nail techs are very nice as well. Definitely will be going back! Thank you!

My nail tech was good and friendly while working on me but the owner seriously needs to get a clue. How can u leave ONE person to do it all alone?? She kept stopping to answer the phone and attend to clients coming in. I was there for an hour and half for just a gel mani and pedi. This place is very poorly run.
