The guy at the front desk is consistently rude. We called for a pedicure and a gel removal appointment. When we got there like 30 mins later, he said they were ready for the pedicure but took several walk-ins so he could not give an estimate on the gel removal. We said we called and he challenged us to give him our number to see if we had called and when we gave our number, he did not even bother to a look it up and very rudely told us "go drive around and look for another place if you cannot wait"!! A few days ago I encountered a horrible experience at another nail salon, and Nails So Happy 210 saved me! My technician was extremely detail-oriented and helped me pick a color for my nails. I decided to pamper myself on a vacation, and i chose Nails So Happy . I was happy! A lot of advices for me was given by the staff here. The girls were very precise and detail oriented on my nails. Nails So Happy in Saint Johns carries all the latest gel/polish colors. They’ve always been my go to salon for my mani + pedi needs. All of the tools used are sterilized well. We got lucky as walked in and were able to seat right away. The quality of all service is very consistent. This was my first time at Nails So Happy in St Johns. I think this will be my new nail salon. I showed up without a call but they still served me. They did my acrylics because I need a refill. I love this place. My mother is 76 years old and has a hard time getting around she also had a stroke and doesn't understand very well and is hard if hearing. When I take my mom to this nail salon they are always so patient, compassionate and kind to her for this reason I will continue to give them my business. They also do great work! Read Less

I agree with another reviewer... Nails So Unhappy. They are not very friendly, nor very clean, and definitely not very good with pedicures. I went twice because you never know when you catch a business on an off day. That was not the case here. The owners/ workers make the customers feel unwelcome. I also like when people speak English around me. It's a little thing but I truly believe you should greet your customers in English and use Vietnamese less. It felt like a foreign film without the subtitles. Not all shops speak exclusively in Vietnamese and that is what makes their customers enjoy the experience more. I am quickly ruining out of nail salons in st. Johns so I want to be a diligent reviewer. There was no wait time.  I was not offered a beverage.  The chair ranks about 6 out of 10. My technician was friendly.  I was in no particular hurry today,  but I wouldn't recommend her for someone who is in a hurry.  I loved my massage,  is give her 9 out of 10 for pressure and duration. She did a good job on my feet,  and they were raggedy!  Cleanliness,  I'd give 3 out of 10. The tools seemed old and not sanitary.  I'd come back,  but still searching for my 5 star place! Read Less

I had a fantastic experience with an eyebrow wax and basic pedicure.  The eyebrow wax took about 10 minutes and the man doing it was very meticulous. The foot massage for each foot was roughly 10 minutes per foot,  which I appreciated after running a half marathon the day before. Overall a great job and I will be back. I have been coming to this nail salon for 8 years. The employees are fantastic and I have  never had less than stellar service. BEWARE***HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE***Instead of offering a good customer experience the manager talked on her mobile during half of the pedi. She spent maybe 5 minutes on a lack luster leg massage. The salon was not busy at all and if she didn't have the time to complete a service she could have asked someone else to step in. Others were sitting around on their mobiles. This manager is RUDE. She actually said "she didn't care" when a concern was expressed on her lack of focus.
