They are friendly there, and I had a fantastic pedicure, but I wish the owner would focus on the client he is working with at the time. He was so busy leaving me to take care if other's that he did a very, very inferior job on my nails- the worst I've ever had. Plus, he never even asked me what I wanted, and wound up putting sparkles in my plain pink and white that I wanted. Yet kept asking if I wanted other services like massage. I was there this past Saturday morning. I called to ask about price and no sooner did I get out of my car and Lenny was greeting my friend and I at the door. We were seated immediately even though it looked like most chairs were full. He explained sns to me and how he does nails. I was very pleased with my nails ($35). They look amazing. I totally recommend it. I also had a pedicure ($23). If you pay cash you get $5 off! He did get up to charge people and answer phones but that did not bother me at all. This place looked nice and welcoming when walking in. Had appointments but still waited about 5 mins to be seated-No big deal. I have only had my nails done 4-5 times in my life, this was a special/rare occasion. I wanted gel extensions, black with gold sparkles as an accent nail. I wasnt sure what kind of tips but I knew I didnt want square. My friend got rounded, I loved the look so I asked for those. The man doing mine insisted on 'coffin' style instead. I got over it when he did the first, I kindof like it, no big deal. Then he insisted that he do silver sparkles instead, in an ombre fashion on each nail. I finally gave up on my idea and told him to go for it, I was over arguing back and forth that I didn't want that, he would NOT give up on doing something other than what I asked for. Also, Idk if they normally push cuticles back before applying fake nails, but he didn't and I wish he had. I've had them about a week now and they look like I've had them for 3. About half the tips are different sizes, shaped different, or very crooked.. BUT all complaints aside, although pushy, he was a very nice man and he was fun to talk to. I cannot remember his name for the life of me. I loved the shoulder massage while waiting for the gel to cure. All in all I'm 50/50 on this place. $50 before tip for gel extensions that I'm not completely happy with is very disappointing to me, considering the only reason I don't always have them done is due to not wanting to spend the money on fake nails for myself. Walked in for a gel mani and pedi. They are so over priced. And their work wasn't even worth the $58 I spent. I had the SNS powder gel done and literally by the second day my color is stained. It looks yellow. My nails weren't filed properly and I had to cut the edges myself because they stuck out. The ends of the polish are faded. Totally not worth it. They had me wait in the pedicure chair for nearly 20 mins waiting and the nail tech I had seemed so bothered when I changed my mind from the perfect match color to the powder. She was slow that I was there for 2 hours. And I watched other ppl come in after me leave before me while I was getting the mani. No wine like I read. See the pic for the discoloration of yellow as well as the white of my nail sticking out. Also they ripped off my friends nails when she just needed a fill in and then continued to charge her for a full set. They are sooo over price it doesn't make any sense. For 2 broken nail and a fill came up to 45.00 with no design. My sister had a full set her nails were short came up to 40.00.. I will stick to Paris nails. They have reasonable prices and their pedi cares are the best! Read Less

Went in yesterday for a walk-in pedicure, and they got me in right away. I got the classic pedicure which included the hot towel and leg massage. The whole experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly, nice, and dedicated to doing a great job. My polish cane out perfect, and while it was drying I got a delightful neck and shoulder massage. I will definitely be back!! I waited 4 hours to get my nails done and the took these two ladies in front of me ,and when the guy was doing my he was either helping someone else or talking to  lady by me  , and this who always does my mom's feet  was very slow . the guy asked me if I wanted a design I said yes and  that I would have to pay extra . they didn't offer us anything to drink I don't  recommend going here go somewhere else. Nails are good, however, the owner doesn't stay in his seat. He will have you there at least 2 hrs (or more) He will stand to answer any phone call, to set new appt. to charge other clients. And you just wait, and wait and wait. They defentily need a recepcionist to help out. Read Less

I never had a problem until this Saturday the owner did my nails. I soaked off and did the Sns powder nails. This is what my nails look like now. Sores from filing, every nail had white lines and I was charged full price after telling him I had lines in nails and cuticles were bleeding, I was told sorry, I can't help it. When I started going VIP, I was really impressed. I still love how they do my nails...but even when I call ahead and make an appointment, I may wait an hour for the tech to get to me. I think that if a walk-in comes right before my time, they take the walk-in and make me wait!! I wonder if they know what appointment means or if there are so many customers, they don't need to care...sadly, I have found another nail salon...an appointment is an appointment!! Read Less

I have been going here for over 6 months and I will no longer be giving them my business.  I always make an appointment and they ALWAYS make me wait at least 20 minutes past my appointment time. In addition, they never write most appointments in the book and are always over booked.  When I show up for my appointment and I see that they are running WAY behind they say don't worry your nails don't take long  I have you out in no time.  That is not the issue.  I made an appointment I should NOT have to wait at at all.  My time is just as valuable as your's and so is my money so I am taking it elsewhere. Swung by here after a friend's recommendation.  I got Katherine for my pedicure.  Got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure ($35).  Very reasonably priced for all she did.  She was amazing!!  This was probably one of the best pedicures I have been given in easily seven years.   Will definitely be coming back!!! I like the fact that everyone uses disinfected tools. Makes me feel better considering I've had an infection in my toenail before! This place has a constant flow of people and there were many people getting gift certificates which is always a good sign. Both my dad and I had amazing people but my mom's tech wasn't so great. Very nice and sweet people. All the material comes out of a sterlie package. Chan was very gentle and helped me pick out a design. Lisa was very kind. Mani/Pedi took about an hour and a half. They did a wonderful job on my mani-pedi both times I went there, but they are super busy and even with a booked appointment, I still had to wait. Complementary shoulder and neck massage at the end made and beautiful manicure that lasted a while it worth the wait though. Today was my first visit to VIP and I received the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I was worried when I walked in on a Saturday without appointment and saw how busy it was, but they seated me within 5 minutes. The pedicurist was thorough and meticulous despite the business of the place. I especially enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage while my nails dried! I also got an eyebrow wax, and was very pleased with that as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be returning!! Read Less
