I decided to go to this nail salon instead of my normal one, as many people said that they are very good at nail art. Upon walking in, the salon looked very disorganized. There were only two techs there. One was doing a pedicure, and another doing a fill. I had made an appointment for 5:15pm i had arrived at 5:03. After telling the lady that I need a full set, and my mother needed a fill, she gave us the color samples and proceeded to work on the other lady's nails. Once the lady getting the fill was done, she proceeded to do a fill for the lady getting a pedicure. During this time, another person walked in for a pedicure, and she sat right down and the male tech started. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, with no definite wait time we walked out. This place needs some updating, and they need to hire more techs! I decided to drive over to Best Nails across the street, and they did a wonderful job!

Great customer service, and good prices. When i get my thick, very curly hair blow dried straight, it last at least a week! Highly recomend it

Just want to say this is a great wee salon. No frills great prices and good service. Anita did a great job on my hair today and it's lovely to get a hairdresser that listens to what you want and goes with it, nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend Anita and this salon. Thanks again

Had a colour and fairly big style change here today with Julieann and was so impressed with the whole experience. Very patient stylist who really took her time going through options while I was being totally clueless and indecisive. Gorgeous, clean salon and so so happy with the end result! Best cut and colour I've had in years! Will definitely be back!

This place uses bad products, not very clean. I had to go to another salon to remove the damage done to my nails. I do not recommend this place at all not sanitary and products are garbage.

Love going to Maks it's like my monthly treat to my self. Always come out feeling great and I can't say a bad word my hair is always perfect colour done by Anita and up styles by Julieanne. Have met lovely friends. Another bonus about Maks is Nadine the beautician get all I need done in one visit. Nothing to much bother Nadine is a wee miracle worker thank you so much for your help today with my dilemma x

My son and myself went a few times. My husband also gets his nails done but never been here yet. The first couple times were OK......The third time, the wife owner got very rude. My son had Huntington...
My son and myself went a few times. My husband also gets his nails done but never been here yet. The first couple times were OK......The third time, the wife owner got very rude. My son had Huntingtons disease and is terminal. The husband jokes and I joke back. The girl was doing my son's nails and my son pretended she poked him and said OW. They lsughed as did a few others The owner went off at the jpking around i was doing and then ehat REALLY made me upset was she beraded my disabled terminal son that he did that ow thing. She has a dry personality and needs to deal w people better. Sadly for then they lost 3 customers.

A friend was going there and I met her there one day w my disabled son. The husband wife owners were very nice. As were the other employees. The husband was a funny man and joked alot. The next time i went was different. I joked back w the husband as he did my pedicure. Then my son jokingly said OW! Joking w the girl doing his pedicure. The wife doing my nails got so mad and scolded me for acting the way i was joking, then through in a dig about my son. Who is Terminally ill. When he joked w the girl. Owner said "I dont like that. You upset my girls." No one but her was upset. Sadly for them they had 4 constant customers they lost. You dont treat people especially a mother and terminal son like she did.

By the way, the new address is a minute drive left of the exiting the shopping center of the a voice address. 4521 Old Canoe Creek Rd, Saint Cloud, FL 34769, United States they moved locations.

I decided to go to this nail salon instead of my normal one, as many people said that they are very good at nail art. Upon walking in, the salon looked very disorganized. There were only two techs there. One was doing a pedicure, and another doing a fill. I had made an appointment for 5:15pm i had arrived at 5:03. Very patient stylist who really took her time going through options while I was being totally clueless and indecisive. Gorgeous, clean salon and so so happy with the end result! Have met lovely friends. Another bonus about Maks is Nadine the beautician get all I need done in one visit.
