Nail bar and Spa has been my go to nail salon for awhile now. Amy does my nails and she is AMAZING! Everyone there is great too, and the service from everyone is always excellent. I just took my bridal party there for a pamper day for my wedding and nail bar and spa went above and beyond. They had balloons, wine, and even made homemade egg rolls for all of my gals and I. I have been coming here for we'll over a year. I loved it at first due to great job and very low wait times, but now that the salon is under new management things have changed. Over the past five months i have been waiting an hour or more each time, they don't seem to talk to clients as much, just talk to each other, sns products seem to not be as good quality as it used to be and I am charged a different price every time Looking for a new place that is friendly, low wait time, good quality products and a place that doesn't charge you whatever they want Sad because it used to be fantastic place Read Less

I've always loved the way they do my nails but their customer service is so bad it's not worth it. I had an appointment for 12 and showed up five minutes before and signed in and waited. Over 30 minutes pass by and they have taken a handful of walk ins and my friend and I are still waiting. Not even an I'm sorry we are running late, nothing. I'm a hairdresser and understand people get backed up and I would have just appreciated them saying it would take a little while instead of acting like I wasn't there and taking walk ins. Went here for the first time and very happy with pedicure and full set gel nails.  Owner and staff are very  nice.  Salon is clean and professional. Hoping every visit is as good as the first.  Their pedicure massage chairs are nice.  They have a good assortment of polishes including OPI, gel and SNS.  It is close even if living on the south side of Lake Nona. Went three weeks ago  and saw Harry, he was very polite well everyone working there were very nice. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. I got a manicure and pedicure done  and I received a lot of compliments on my nails. I use to go to a nail salon in Kissimmee but each time I got the gel nails done they would not even last a week and the last straw was when the gel nails lasted 4 days and I was able to peel the polish right off. Anyway I will be retuning my gel nails are still together looking shiny a world of a difference from the precious nail salon. Read Less

First visit was good.   I decided to give it another try.   2nd visit with the same women was horrible.  If you enjoy painful pedicures than go to Anna.   My nails were falling apart after only one week and she buchard my eyebrows.   I went back to complain about 3 nails that were falling apart badly and they offered to redo them for free.   They asked who performed the services & I told them.   Instead of the manager allowing someonr else to fix the 3 nails.   She tells Anna to do it. You would think she would attempt to redeem herself,  but nope.   She could care less.   My nail looked worse the second time.   I think they give you wine to make you drunk so you won't know how awful of a job they do. Lol.  Maybe it is just Anna that does a bad job,  but the manager handled my situation poorly.   So definitely won't be going there again. Read Less

154/100 in 2016 challengeThey are just o.k. They weren't bad but they weren't stand outish either. I went here after being given a gift certificate for secretaries day. On my first attempt to use the it, I walked in signed in and was ask what I was getting to which I explained I only wanted a fill and was asked to pick a color. After waiting a little over 10 minutes I asked if it was going to be a long wait. The woman at the counter said only 5 minutes more. After another 15 I got up and left. Strike one. I don't mind waiting as long as you tell me a true time and "not 5 minutes more". I decided to go back about a week later when I knew it was there time to open and was waiting to be one of the first in. It still took a few minutes for the nice young lady doing my nails to settle in but I didn't have to wait long. She did an o.k. job. Wasn't the best design job. I was looking for something red, white, & blue showed her some designs but the design didn't really turn out as planned. I liked the set up of the salon as the nail tables were in the middle of the salon in two straight rows and the pedicure chairs along one wall. The other wall was the colors and a few waiting chairs. I felt a little pitched in trying to sell me the gel instead of the regular fill I wanted but that is nothing new with salons. I have tried to go back and give them another shot but it always seems busy. I guess that is a good thing for them. With nails salons being almost on every other street or in every other strip mall these days, I can surly find one closer to where I live that can do just as good a job if not better. Read Less
