Gel manicure lasted 2 days. I was working so I called them 4 days after (gel is supposed to last 2 weeks ) the guy told me that is too late to get it fixed and was arguing with me. I told him that I spent $70 right there and as a first time customer I was not happy and that they will loose a client and he answered: ok bye. Great customer service! Nancy 2 (there's another Nancy) is wonderful. She does a great job, ALWAYS. Takes her time, cleans the cuticle, cuts and shapes the nails properly and applies gel masterfully. Nancy has been taking care of both my mani and pedi's for almost 2 years ... I can't complain. I've made appointments and she's available when I get there. When my Nancy went on vacation, Lan (hope that's the correct spelling) took care of me ... she was equally as thorough. My 1st visit here was a few weeks ago, seemed to be clean & friendly, got a pedi & SNS w/Christina. She did a good job, I made an appt that day.... for today, even gave my phone #, watched her write it in the book. I show up today and no Christina, she's on vacation.... No regard for regular customers. Prices continue to increase and quality continues to decrease. They only want to push higher-priced gel polish service so now they only provide cheap quality polish for regular manicures will only last 1 to 2 days. The nail salon is clean and plenty of seats to accommodate customers. Staff is friendly. The only reason why I rated this place a 3 is because they do not value the word 'appointment'. Some of us have made appointments and they take someone new 2 minutes before we arrive knowing we have an appointment. I find that to be unprofessional so I've learned to just go throughout the week instead. Side note: I always ask for Kim who is exceptional at taking out all of my cuticles! While others rush their services to attend the next customer, she takes her time doing my nails which is why I haven't been able to switch to another salon. Read Less

While the women who work here are incredibly kind, I have had multiple times of "I'm never going back again" but it's convenient for a quick fix.  Today I got home from a pedicure and my husband looked at my feet, there were 3 callouses still on my heels. I called to complain, they said to come back, and when I did they said to keep them...I have never kept a callous. I really will never be going back. Read Less

AVOID ***** I had a pedicure/manicure here for the first time on Friday paid $55 + $10 tip and left with an infected toe. What was supposed to be a treat for myself turned out to be a nightmare. Expensive doctors bills and medication, my nail polish on my hands lasted 3 hours before they started chipping. When I went back to their salon to try and have them give me their insurance information so I can make a claim for a refund of services and medical expense they started yelling at me and became very rude and unprofessional. I sm basing this review on several visits there.  They honestly do a great job on manicures and pedicures!  All of the women who have worked on me have been friendly and done a great job, but Diana is the best because she has a great personality and sense of humor!  the lady who did my gel nails yesterday was quiet but did an awesome job!  I did ask for. layer of glitter and I dont think she understood me but, they still look great!   Unfortunately,  this place has screwed up my eyebrows way too many times to ever go for that purpose again.  I have left with one brow higher than the other, or one taken in too far.  maybe I go at busy times, I don't know but, it's not worth the time it takes to fix. It's interesting to read the reviews. I've been going to this place for over 3 years. I've never had an issue. They are awesome people who treat you like royalty. I am a loyal customer because they are fairly priced, they do a good job and my nails look awesome for about 3 weeks rather than the usual 2. I've had a few times where the polish didn't hold as long, but i figured it's a combo of my activities and the polish. As long as they are open, i'll be going there. Read Less

If I could give this 0 stars then I would....I think it depends who you get. I had an older incompetent lady who didn't speak much English. It was the worst pedicure ever! I went in at about 6pm today for a pedi and a fill. She hardly did anything. I basically paid $20 for a polish change!!!! I didn't get the pumice stone, no little foot massage, I couldn't understand her, it looks like crap, my feet are still pretty rough. Truly disappointed. So I decided not to get my fill. I just wasted $22 at this place. That wasn't even worth $5. Even though this is the closest nail Salon to my house I will not be returning. DON'T GO THERE!!!! Read Less

I like it!! It is open Sundays.  The technicians are friendly. The place is clean.  It is a newer place.  There is a sign that says tip in cash, but I have seen people put the tips on debit and credit cards without any problems at all. Read Less
