When I first started coming here for acrylic tips, I was happy and would have rated them 5 stars. However, the more I kept coming, I felt like the quality decreased. I needed to not only have fillings sooner, but my nails kept lifting and breaking. I have worked with several techs, and even stood consistent with one months on end, but my last 2 visits were the most disappointing because my nails barely lasted a week. They also don't pay close attention to having all the nail shapes and sizes match. They also don't clean up the cuticle area very well either. I found myself having to tell them "These are uneven" or "Can you please clean up my cuticles". I hate being picky, but if I'm paying $50+, please have me leave as a satisfied customer. Read Less

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They had a girl who had never done nails in her life do my wife's nails and she put them on literally crooked. She asked repeatedly for them to be taken off and was left with her natural nails very damaged for weeks. Buyer beware. Plenty of nail places do NOT waste money here. Read Less

This place is terrible!! I walk in and adk how long is the wait for service she tells me 15 (at 5:45pm)min. She seats us within 5 min. We sat waiting with our feet in the water for an hour! I just recently moved to the St. Cloud area. I was looking for a good nail salon to go to so I wouldn't have to keep driving all the way back to where I moved from. I looked up nail salons in my area and this one popped up. My mother and I are very particular about our nails so we were skeptical. I am so glad we went in. I just moved to saint cloud and I needed to get my nails done and took a chance on this place. it was very nice and there was no wait on a Saturday. the salon is very busy but the employees make sure to keep customers from waiting too long. It was only $35 for a full set with gel which is a steal especially when the quality is amazing. Whitney did my nails and she was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Read Less

I usually love this salon but after today I will not be coming back. I showed the lady a design I wanted and was told it couldn't be done because it was "3D" when it was NOT. It was a design painted on the nail and I got the same design before with no problems. She poorly glue on the tip of the fake nail to where it was HANGING DOWNWARDS ON MY ACTUAL NAIL!!! I brushed it off and washed my hands after the acrylic was applied and filed and when I picked my color, THE WOMAN LAUGHED AT ME!!!! I mean come on. My boyfriend & I set out to get pedicures today. I'm always hesitant to go different places & am always asking around where the best place to go is here in Saint Cloud & honestly this is my 2nd time here in the last year & Nicole did an AMAZING pedicure! I went for the Heavenly Spa Pedicure for $40... Sooooo worth that & more! I'm a server and the pressure she applied was perfect. So relaxing! I'll definitely be coming back for more! Been jumping from salon to salon recently, until I landed here about a month ago. I can't imagine going anywhere else now, Vanessa has done such an incredible job on my acrylics both times I've come in! She does exactly what you want and more, her attention to detail clearly shows with the quality work she does to nails. I wait 2 weeks before changing colors and getting fills, and not a single crack or chip has happened yet (I work in a field where I deal with lots of trucks and I'm an avid weightlifter, so my nails go through some tough times most days!). When my pedicure was completed I still had calluses on my heals and the old purple nail polish from home that wasn't removed before the nail tech started painting over it. So when I looked down and seen the purple paint still in the cracks I showed the tech and also turned my heel over to show the still very present callousness that wasn't properly removed, so another nail tech came and had to start completely over and used a foot grader and the chunks of skin that came off where huge and it looked like she was grating cheese no joke. So needless to say it wasn't done correctly the first time and the frustration of trying to prove it was not correct was enough to bring me to tears after a long day and not having a professional pedicure in several years, I was beyond disappointed. :'( Read Less

I had the pleasure of meeting the nail technician by the name of Dat. He was beyond hospitable and kind. I came in there for a gel manicure and pedicure gel color change. He took a reasonable amount of time with my nails and did them just how I liked it. The atmosphere was nice and I felt quite at ease there. Everyone was amicable. Been going here, for quite some time. Owner (Tan), has a very unique salon. If you need pampering or a night out, w/the girls, this place should be seriously, considered. After hours, for your special event. The staff is great...I'm very picky, but I'm very pleased w/Whitney. She really helps make my nails look so good. I get compliments, all the time. I went Tuesday. The staff was very nice and that's why I'm leaving two stars.. But my gel manicure have a lot of flaws. My pinky nail the polish is very bumpy and my nails are already looking like if I had them done for like 2 weeks and it hasn't even been one. They just don't look like a professional did them. They cannot do color acrylic tips - they say they can but it comes out looking terrible and lumpy. He cut my pinky with the emery board and then commented that I had a cut after I flinched.  He then used super glue to stop the bleeding so now I have a sore pinky covered in super glue. He puts clear polish on your nail and then dips it into the powder instead of applying the color properly.  One was so clumpy, the acrylic broke off. He re-dipped that nail into the powder to "fix" it but it came out much darker than the rest of my nails. When he put the gooey top coat on - that same nail had cracked again. I pointed out that it was broken but he said it was ok and blobbed on the top coat anyway. I wasn't happy but I had been there for almost 2 hours and I just wanted to leave. I paid and left but decided on the drive home that they looked too terrible so I called to complain. He said I could come back to have them fixed but I'm not letting that guy anywhere near my nails again. He refused to give me a refund and said I should have complained while I was there. This is one of the better nails salons around in this area. Nails salons are a dime a dozens now but, they are good. There is new ownership here and you can tell. The salons is warm and friendly the minute you come in. The decor is modern and up to date. Fish tanks are pretty and a nice touch. The pedicure chairs are comfortable. Seem like new or at east well taken care of. Very clean which is what you want to see. They are very detailed and gentle when doing pedicures or manicures. Although at times they are busy, when they tell you 5 minutes is the wait, it is actually 5 minutes not 10 or 15. I have also had my eyebrows wax here and loved the way they have turned out. Good selection or colors from different manufacturers.  They always offer you a cold beverage when you arrive which is again a nice touch. They are in a good location and have a large parking lot which helps since they are right next door to a dance studio and planet fitness. Early hours on Sunday morning but they also have a special on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights where they stay up until midnight.(Midnight who does that). It's their special niche after dark. Prices are reasonable with other salons but they really take their time and put the effort into the job that even if they were more money, it would be worth it. I went in just wanting my acrylic nails removed. The owner pushed me into getting them filled. Took an hour and a half. Then two hours later the same one I had fixed broke off. Then when I asked for them to take them off and for a refund they refused. Even though they preformed the services incorrectly and after pushing me into it. I will NEVER go back. Read Less
