Poor quality pink and white acrylics. Brought my daughter here for girl time and was disappointed. My gel manicure was fine although I wish I had been able to stop the technician before she clipped the side of my nails to make them narrower. I’ve never had that done before? My daughter really had a problem! She wanted a full set of pink and white acrylics. When we walked out she almost started crying. Her cuticles were red/swollen and she had been knicked multiple times. The acrylic didn’t cover the entire nail In some places and had two places where the edge was chipped. We went back in and asked to speak w a manager, the tech who did my daughters nails came over and began arguing that they were fine. My daughter was embarrassed! We asked for a refund and were told they would fix it. The other lady said come back the next day (we had been there three hours and had to leave also her nails were sore and she didn’t want them touched). When she called the next day, they were too busy to see her until late that afternoon. We decided to go somewhere else the next day and pay to get her nails done again rather than return to them. My feet and I love coming here. I get the pampered treatment and for a very fair price. Everyone is treated with a smile and the employees are very friendly and engaging. I hate going to salons where you have this awkward quietness. Where the staff speak Vietnamese and you sit there wondering whether they're talking about you. This place not so much. :)I swear my gal had magical hands that makes my tires feet feel great again. I also like to go to salons where they not only make your feet look good, but they also actually clean your cuticles and make your feet nice and soft again. My little getaway. I love coming here. Fixed my nails properly done beautifully, only reason is not 5 star is not enough color choice and I had to ask for cuticle oil when they forgot. Otherwise my mom and I love our nails! Plus they do walk ins:) Read Less

I wish I had something to review today. It takes some effort for 4 moms who have 14 kids between the 4 of us to get out and get a pedi together! We called and made an 11:15 appt this morning, we were all there on time and at almost 12 hadn't even started our pedis. We had called in advance and they said they had time.
