Made an appointment to have my nails done with my 2 bridesmaids before my wedding in advance. When we showed up they had just sat a large party of pedicures and had no available technicians. We were told there would be a ten minute wait, so we sat. 10 minutes later the woman got annoyed with us because we asked when our appointments would start, she asked us if we were in a hurry, and my exact response was "yes, this is for a wedding, we are on a schedule that is why we made an appointment in advance." She immediately started yelling to the other people in a different language and and laughing. 20 minutes later we had still not been seated so we left. I had the best acrylic manicure I have ever had in my life. He was amazing,quick and always was making sure I was happy and enjoying my manicure. My nails came out absolutely amazing and for what I payed I insist you go. I have had quite a few full sets and payed so much more but they never came out as good as this one! Undecided after my first visit.  Moving to the area from CO, it's always tricky finding  "your person" whether it comes to  hair, massage or nails. Super easy location- a 5 min drive from my house and a Starbucks is right there. Salon is clean which is a priority. I booked an appt the day prior so they were on time ready for me. The gentleman who did my pedi was a bit awkward and wasn't the most skilled. Multiple times I had to stop him from delivering painful filing or cuticle nipping... ouch. He threw his tools into my water while I was still soaking. Not liking that at all. The paint job was pretty sloppy. I had to touch it up when I got home. The foot massage was weak. Not impressed. The tech next to mine looked like she knew her stuff. Was engaging to her client, seemed very skilled and I was jealous of the foot massage her client was getting. My guy did both of my feet at the same time and it was more like jiggle here jiggle there. Within 2 min He was finished but the lucky gal next to me was still getting her first foot done!!!I was moved to the manicure table and was trying to figure out how I could politely request another person to do it!!  Thankfully a sweet gal was the tech and she did a pretty nice job. Nothing painful and Polish was nicely applied. She was good. The staff likes to talk in Vietnamese too much.. they ask you a question but then talk in their language to one another and they all start laughing... hmmmm?!?  What's up?!? You talking smack about me or just casually chatting about the weather? Not the easiest of environments with that weirdness. All in all it was ok. Not sure if it's my person or my place but maybe that one tech would rock it next time. Being new to St Augustine, I will keeping looking around before I head back in. 58 bucks for many/pedi. Decently priced but I am having to clean up my toes... always fun with my crappy eyesight.Update:This morning I woke up with sore toe. The tech cut my toenails so short and they are throbbing. Nice, clean, friendly place. Ni did a great job of removing my gel.  Each finger individually wrapped with cotton and remover and aluminum foil. She was careful to remove gel so as not to scrape the bed of my nail too hard. Wonderful manicure followed. Looks great. My new go-to for regular or gel manicure . Read Less

Well, what can I say? I LOVE this place. After living in saint Augustine for 20 years, I was starting to lose hope on finding a good nail tech. Nails so happy has changed my aspect completely. Staff was very friendly and not rough with my hands. The place was exceptionally clean and they had the doors open for anyone who is sensitive to the salon smells. Normally, I don't have my nails done while on vacation, but the timing was such that I needed a fill. Popped in, they were busy so I made an appointment for later in the day. I went back and was promptly seated. My tech was personable and we had a nice chat while he worked on me. He did an excellent job, very contentious. The charge was $38 for fill and shellac. It's $35 at home, so I considered this reasonable. Everyone in the salon seemed pleasant, I chatted with the girl next to me, all the clients appeared to be enjoying their services.  I recommend making an appointment. More like Nails NOT so happy! Unfortunately, I had to go here for a basic mani pedi as I had a gift card. My manicure was 15 minutes at best and the polish has all chipped off the next day and looks terrible. The pedicure was slightly longer but there was no foot or leg rub, offer to work on callouses, etc. I do not get manis and pedis often and was so looking forward to this as a special treat and was saving it for right before my cruise that I leave for today and now my nails have to be redone. When I called several days in advance to schedule an appointment so my friend and I could sit together they said no they couldn't do that. When we arrived, they didn't put us together even though we said we were specifically going to spend time together. Terrible place, don't waste your time and money. I'm from out of town & I needed my nails filled so I stopped into nails so happy to get a gel fill for my fake nails. I had trouble picking a color and Len helped me pick a color that went with my complexion. I've always gotten square nails and glitter on my index fingers, but Len got me out of my comfort zone and I got oval shaped nails with glitter on a couple random fingers.. I was a customer of this business for the past 6 months and the technician always did a good job but I recently ended doing business with them out of sheer frustration with the owner, Loan. I am someone who always makes appointments and I also am also on time. The last 2 times i have arrived Loan is just beginning a "walk in" and tells me one of the other techs will take care of my pedicure. I make appointments with Loan because I want her to do my pedicure and nails. Very unprofessionally run business. No prices posted. I feel they should take better care of their regulars. They have lost a customer and what is sad is they will tell you they don't care because there is always another customer. Very sad. Read Less

I took my grandmother here to get her nails done and it cost only $12 and they were really nice! The space where this is located is not luxurious, but there is plenty of parking in the parking lot and it's just so convenient and inexpensive, I could not give less than five stars. These guys managed to work us in to a busy schedule with only about one minute of waiting. Loved it! Read Less

Very nice people and super affordable. $22 for a pedicure or $33 for both manicure and pedicure. You really can't beat that price! They did a great job getting the dead skin off and massaging as well. Differently recommend this place if you are in St. Augustine! It's right next to Publix. Read Less
