This is the best nail salon in St.Augustine. I have been using them for several years and they are always very friendly and willing to get you in even without an appointment. They take so much time with you and pamper you. I Love the time Andy takes to make sure the color I choose is one that I am going to like. If he doesn't think it will look good or that I will be happy he lets me know. All the technicians really go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I would highly recommend Nail Time to anyone who wants to relax and be pampered. Thanks Andy you ROCK😉💅🏻

Disappointed in the quality of the services here. While I was happy with how quickly I was taken as a walk-in, I was extremely unhappy with how quickly my service was over. From the moment I sat down to the moment I was done, only 9 minutes had passed. If I am going to pay $30 for a gel manicure, I expect much more attention to detail. My nails were filed unevenly and were not straight, my cuticles were a mess, and the polish was extremely thick which looked terrible. Additionally, the hand massage at the end lasted only long enough for the nail technician to spread the lotion over my fingers and be done with it, and was very unpleasant considering that his hands were as rough as sandpaper. The staff is friendly and the salon is very clean, but I would not get a manicure here again. The pedicures are fine, but I cannot see myself returning here.

I went on vacation to Florida and found this nail shop. It was very clean and well staffed. I got a gel manicure and the super deluxe pedicure. They took care of me and my girls. They lave a large variety of colors, and their menu is very easy to read.It was although, a little pricey but St. Augustine is a tourist town so I guess I understand.

What a wonderful salon! Kevin did a perfect job on my pedicure. He took his time and made sure that the polish was neat and well done. His mom Loni (spelling?) gave me the most beautiful pink & white SNS mani that I have ever had. Kevin joked about how they are both perfectionists and it shows! I will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. I'm not picky about gel manicures but this one was bad. The woman was very rude and rough while she was filing my nails, made me bleed and never apologized when I kept flenching and said it hurt. Not impressed with how my nails turned out either. Won't be going back.

I can't believe what happened on my last visit. I have been going to this salon for a long while but I will not continue to patronize this establishment. I went in early in the morning last week. I was the only woman getting a pedicure. I had my own nail polish with me. It is a special OPI color they do not stock. Another lady came in when my pedicure was under way. She told the young man doing her toes that she had a fungus on her toes and asked if he could buff it off. He said he would try. Then she asked if he could "dig out" her ingrown toe nails. He did work on one toe but the other one was infected and he could not get the mess out. Then to my shock, my nail tech rolled herself over to that lady and began to work on this infected nasty ingrown toe nail using the same tools she had just used on my toes. I was shocked. My nail tech did apologize and came back to continue painting my toes. I moved to the dryer forgetting to pick up my nail polish. When my nails dried I walked over the station only to find the young man using my personal nail polish on the woman with the fungus and the infected ingrown nails. He tried to hand me my polish with this woman's toes only being half painted. I was so surprised that I told him to go ahead and finish her toes. My favorite OPI color is in a garbage can and now I don't have a pedicure place any longer. The man who owns the salon was grumbling in Vietnamese and seemed upset with both my nail tach and the young man nail tech too. I had always believed this place to be so clean and sanitary but I suppose I was wrong. Do they really use those tools from one customer to another with no sterilization????

This is one of the best salons I've ever visited.They've made an effort to make the place a presentable salon by consciously choosing nice decorations and high quality pedicure chairs.They have a large selection of OPI nail polishes, which are formaldehyde free. The manicurists are careful, fast, and gentle. I got a regular mani-pedi and 3 days later, still no chips! The price was right and the whole experience was pleasant.

Ridiculously overpriced! The pedicure is a quick rub down and nail shaping. Definitely not worth the price! It is clean though, so that was the only plus to this place.

Easily the absolute worst experience ever. I've gotten my nails done at every place in st. A and I thought the place next to the pool hall was bad. This place was thousands worse. They were very rude, and the lady with no thumb nail skipped things and my nails have already broken one week later. I got acrylic! She was rough and could tell I was in pain. I even went there around Christmas and it chipped two days later. I just thought it was a bad polish. They suck and should be closed.

Jimmy is by far the BEST ever!! He gives amazing pedicures and manicures and does a great job applying shellac! I've used others in the salon and they all have been great as well. I like to stick with one person because I'm very picky and Jimmy happened to be that person. Prices are very reasonable as well. Super clean salon! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I think it is verry expencive.but it's verry nicely inshape,Then their was the first time i went inthere.I was SO scared.I told my mom,"mommy i dont wanna get my nails done,ill wait till im 16."What i was scared of is the buzzign noise when people do the nails.So my mom put me in the chair and made me get my first pair of tips.I love it there.and i love my mom for getting me to go.BtW,Im 14 yrs of age now.

This is the best nail salon in St.Augustine. I have been using them for several years and they are always very friendly and willing to get you in even without an appointment. They take so much time with you and pamper you. I Love the time Andy takes to make sure the color I choose is one that I am going to like. If he doesn't think it will look good or that I will be happy he lets me know. All the technicians really go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I would highly recommend Nail Time to anyone who wants to relax and be pampered. Thanks Andy you ROCK😉💅🏻

Disappointed in the quality of the services here. While I was happy with how quickly I was taken as a walk-in, I was extremely unhappy with how quickly my service was over. From the moment I sat down to the moment I was done, only 9 minutes had passed. If I am going to pay $30 for a gel manicure, I expect much more attention to detail. My nails were filed unevenly and were not straight, my cuticles were a mess, and the polish was extremely thick which looked terrible. Additionally, the hand massage at the end lasted only long enough for the nail technician to spread the lotion over my fingers and be done with it, and was very unpleasant considering that his hands were as rough as sandpaper. The staff is friendly and the salon is very clean, but I would not get a manicure here again. The pedicures are fine, but I cannot see myself returning here.

I went on vacation to Florida and found this nail shop. It was very clean and well staffed. I got a gel manicure and the super deluxe pedicure. They took care of me and my girls. I can't believe what happened on my last visit. I have been going to this salon for a long while but I will not continue to patronize this establishment. I went in early in the morning last week. I was the only woman getting a pedicure. I had my own nail polish with me. It is a special OPI color they do not stock. Another lady came in when my pedicure was under way. She told the young man doing her toes that she had a fungus on her toes and asked if he could buff it off. He said he would try. Then she asked if he could "dig out" her ingrown toe nails. This is one of the best salons I've ever visited.They've made an effort to make the place a presentable salon by consciously choosing nice decorations and high quality pedicure chairs.They have a large selection of OPI nail polishes, which are formaldehyde free.
