Arrived as a walk-in. Facility had patrons. I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Owner said I could not receive a manicure or pedicure, no one was available. Eyebrow service was offered and performed in a back room. The facility was closing in 2.5 hours. I was not offered a waiting time for the manicure and pedicure. As I paid for the eyebrow service, a patron walked in and was told the wait time was 35 minutes. All patrons there were white women; I am a woman of color.

this was the second time my mom has visited this nail salon. jennifer and the man (doesn't know his name) that sits across from her, were very rude. she planned to get a mani, pedi and wax. it is mother's day weekend and only 4 people were working, only 1 person does the waxing. the man did her fill in but did not paint her nails. instead he began working with another customer and told my mom to go get her pedi. during her pedi, jennifer comes over and tells my mom to turn off the massage chair so she can paint her nails. it doesn't make sense that the man never finished painting her nails. it was inconsiderate to tell my mom to turn off the massage chair when the guy half-assed his job. during a pedi, you want to relax and enjoy the massage/pedi that you're paying for. after the mani and pedi, jennifer begins to do the wax. my mom could tell that the wax was old and more sticky than usual, felt like extremely hard glue. it was hurtful that jennifer also stated "other places will charge you more because you have a lot of hair." extremely RUDE and AWFUL customer service. my mom will never return to this place.

Stopped in for a pedi- first & last time there 🤨. My nail tech didn’t know how to safely remove ingrown toenails & I believe I have an infection in my toe/nail. She picked a lot @ my toe & then sprayed alcohol on them both . Ugh! I’ve never had this issue elsewhere - either her equipment or the basin water wasn’t clean. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review - but I’ll be driving back to south Jax for a safe , affordable pedi next time ..

I've come to get my nails here a few times. It is right by my house and I've felt that most of the time my nails hold up very well. My review though is on the manicurist that did my mani-pedi, Thien Trung. Though he is quiet, he is very meticulous which is very appreciated. He may take a little longer which is perfectly fine because his attention to detail means my nails will last longer. When I get someone who is too wham-bam-thank-you ma'am, my nails never seem to last. He also gives great massages with your pedi. I work on my feet so it is very much appreciated. They only have one person to do brows which can be taxing if you come on a day that she isn't there. But she does a great job and this is coming from a blonde (invisible) browed girl. And if she is with someone, she will always pause to take care of you. It only takes five minutes.

I made an appointment and was greeted and taken to a manicure station within a couple minutes of arriving. My manicurist did a wonderful job of both removing the previous gel polish and making my nails smooth and healthy again, as well as providing a manicure and new gel polish. She was quick but also detail-oriented and I am super happy with how my nails look. Took a little under an hour for the whole process. I was initially tempted to take off a star for priciness, but tbh I think I'm just underestimating how much manicures cost these days (especially gel). It was $36 for service, plus $7 I left for a tip. Definitely less than other nail salons in town, and they did a great job!

" My" was so nice. Saturday morning, no wait. I had gel nails botched by another local salon. Not sure what brand gel they use but I'll never go there again. Took almost an hour just to soak scrape it off. My was patient and persistent and did not use a drimmel! She helped me choose the best color, Peachy Keen. Two and a half weeks later, my pedicure still looks great and my nails are just as beautiful, just grown out! Time for another visit.

I walked in at 6:34p.m. with my daughter wanting a pedicure for both of us. Ben was very helpful and nice even though it was close to closing time. The lady was also very sweet to my 3 year old daughter. Defintely going back, very clean, organized and polite people. Very reasonably priced also and its only 5mins from my house. Very satisfied customer. Going to tell my friends about this place.

This place does the absolute best nails. Yes, often times you have to wait. Sometimes you have to come back another day. Why is that? Because they are SO BUSY WITH REPEAT CUSTOMERS! Like me! They do top-notch work, which takes time. Facility is clean. Employees are polite. The owner can sometimes seem gruff, but he isn't. He doesn't like to turn people away, but he is also being honest. There are appointments. There are walk-ins. There is only so much time in a day. I recommend scheduling an appointment. You still might have to wait a bit, but you will get your nails done. They have new pedicure massage chairs that are fabulous, too!

Always a loyal customer who shows up on time. Was treated very poorly today. Arrived, as always, 15 mins early. When I went to make next appointment, was told I come late, so instead just show up. What?????? I have never arrived late or missed an appointment. If I can't make it, I call days ahead. Very rude. Very disappointed. Guess they have all the customers they need!

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. Went in for full set of acrylic nail tips & the only man who did it there put the tips on the very edge of my nail & clipped them almost even with the tips of my finger. WHY would I have tips put on if I didn't want my nails LONGER???? He was sick with a runny nose & flushed face. The acrylic was painted on so thick it's obvious they are not natural nails & this man (nail tech) moaned & groaned thru the entire process & when done stared at me with utter disdain!

Manager refused to honor a paid gift certificate I received for x-mas. Said it expired 5 days earlier, and wanted me to pay. Told him Florida statutes state that gift certificates can not expire. He didn't care. Just wanted $!He told me to leave. He was a royal jerk. Also, it's kind of rude to be talking in foreign language and laughing while servicing customers. Won't be back, nor will wife or 2 daughters.

The lady who did my shellac manicure was very nice and accommodating. However, her manager took over while she was ordered to finish another person's pedicure. This manager was rude, and painted my top coat very sloppily and carelessly. The UV bulbs used to set my shellac needed to be changed, and the machine itself was worn and dirty where my hand was placed. I will not be returning here. My Ponte Vedra nail salon has much better prices as well.

Arrived as a walk-in. Facility had patrons. I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Owner said I could not receive a manicure or pedicure, no one was available. My review though is on the manicurist that did my mani-pedi, Thien Trung. Though he is quiet, he is very meticulous which is very appreciated.
