Not the best and not the worst. Toes chipped after one day of pedicure and they cut my toenails visibly shorter on one foot, which looks a little funny. They didn’t really spend a lot of time massaging my legs or feet, not worth getting the more expensive pedicure like I did. Read Less

My husband, two brothers, sister, and I came to St. Augustine for the weekend and all went to Murabella Nail & Spa for manis and pedis. It was an excellent experience! I absolutely love the service here and the professionalism. They take reservations and Steven is exceptionally talented at fine tuning my nails and making them look beautiful in my opinion. I get compliments from young and seasoned women on a daily basis. This photo is of SNS nails color #32 and taken after 3.5 weeks of having it on my natural nails. Murabella Nails is excellent for SNS nails. I have been to other nail salons for it and I keep coming back here. Steven is a professional and takes pride in his work. I'm 100% impressed and won't go anywhere else. His work lasts for weeks until I take it off. No chips no cracks and in the rare case that it does, Steven will fix it without any complaints. Saw a 'great deal' for my High School aged daughter online and decided to give them a try.  They cut her nails super short, they nails were uneven and had hair in them.  Then they said it was what she wanted so nothing they could do.  She is crying her eyes out and the man just says its what she wanted?  Give me a break.  Clearly a large language barrier as she also asked for matte finish and he put three coats of high gloss...He also told her it was ' too late' and he couldn't redo them.Dont risk the disappointment, or your money.  Terrible customer service Read Less

I love this salon. After a HORRIBLE experience at another salon in St Augustine (Rose Nails, I left a review for them as well) I decided to give this one a try. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly man and asked how he could help me. I told him that I needed a gel full set and showed him the design I wanted. I was seated right away and he started working on my nails. He was very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. They turned out exactly like I wanted them to. The price was great as well. I will continue to visit this salon and see Steven for as long as I get my nails done. I absolutely love this place! I don't usually get my nails done too often, but when I do, I always come here. Typically, I'll get a pedicure and manicure. For the pedicure, they have chairs where the tub is covered with a bag so it just adds to the cleanliness of this location. I love getting their Pedicure in the Box option because it's really aromatic and refreshing. For the manicure, I will get gel nails done. They have SNS nails, but I have yet to try that. My nails last for about 3-4 weeks and look beautiful. I don't have a specific person in mind when I get them done, but so far, everyone's done a great job for me so I'm not too picky. 5/5 Would recommend! Read Less

If I could give them 10 stars I would! My teen daughter and I had the most relaxing wonderful experience. This salon is clean and they are funny and chatted with us during the appointment like we've been here a million times. We walked in and were greeted quickly and welcomed with a smile. The wait was very short. There were tons of  nail polish color selections and spa pedi packages to choose from! The foot and hand massages were nice and long too. And what's even better the prices were very reasonable!!!! We're totally coming here from now on! You should too. Read Less

My expierence was horrible. They said they would help me multiple times and took other people. Finally after getting taken they took off the polish and walked away. So being treated like this I left a small tip and once the tip was noticed they did a horrible painting job and didn't even clean up my nails. About a week into having them and not working hard my any means. I picked up a simple jar and my nail snapped off and all of them are chipping. Just because your young (17-18) they treat you lesser.
