This was a nice place to come for a pedicure. The rooms were private, which was good and bad. I came with my mom, so I anticipated being able to talk with her during the process, but that wasn't the case. However, it was nice not being lined up like cattle next to each other, in a loud room with drilling, a lot of talking, and people's children running around. The whole process seemed less rushed, and the end result was beautiful, soft, happy feet. Those who complained about the foot basin, or chair must have been looking for problems. Having the insert for the foot bath was nice, and reassuring to know nobody else's feet had been in there. Plus these used brand new tools for everything. The chair was a typical massage chair, with a remote you could control. The only reason my review has 4/5 stars is because my technician was not very friendly. I love this place! It's always such a relaxing experience and my nails look fantastic. And best of all I don't have to worry about cleanliness since they autoclave all their tools! After a very bad experience at a nail salon, I vowed never to visit one again. I heard a local podiatrist had opened a very sterile salon. I decided to give it a try. The pedicure you get here is worse than average and the price is exorbitant.  The plastic insert precludes any opportunities for a whirlpool effect in the soaking tub.  Given this you would think you'd get a decent foot and calf massage, but no-- mine lasted approximately 10 seconds per foot.  They did not let me sit and dry long enough so by the time I got home both large toenails were already messed up.  No clear coat was applied over the polish.  I left with a sore on one foot due to over zealous callus filing.  By the time I left I was past the $50 mark for the worst pedicure of my life.  Don't be fooled by the "medical" implications.  There are other area salons that take similar precautions, do a better job and charge half the money.
