Walk ins are not welcome. By the looks of it no “one” really is, just money.
I paid too much money for a crappy job I could’ve done myself...
And when I decided to go back to the place and complain, not even 30 minutes later, the guy refused to do much. He said I could pay $30 instead...
I asked him to take off his cheesy jewels and repaint then and I would pay $30, even though two of the actual nails were ridiculously crooked, but he was too busy.
Go to nail and spa on SR 16 in the Publix plaza instead. They laughed at the work.

Very nice nail tech, but I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. Nail polish is very old and my nails did not look good an hour after they were done.

Thomas did an amazing job on my nails! Wonderful staff, very polite and professional! Definitely coming back, I'm incredibly happy with the end product.

Went here on a recommendation. Was told to have a certain guy do it. Bad job, acrylics too thick. Bubbles everywhere! Complained and he gobbled more polish over it! OMG that doesn't fix it. Scrappy ...
Went here on a recommendation. Was told to have a certain guy do it. Bad job, acrylics too thick. Bubbles everywhere! Complained and he gobbled more polish over it! OMG that doesn't fix it. Scrappy job replacing 2 nails. They popped almost all the way off in less then 3 days!!!. I go back, get the same guy to fix it. He tells me I went somewhere else. I corrected him and said "No, this is your work and you can fix it.". He was mad. I didn't care. He should have done right the 1st time!!!Never went back.

I never let anyone but Thomas touch my nails he's all around the best nail tech I have ever had do my nails and he has been doing them since I was 15 he is the best !!!! So talented and an all-around...

So talented and an all-around nice person in general 😊😊😊 If you want someone who has every variety of polish and can do anything you ask famous nails is definitely your spot .

Terrible service. Came for my wedding weekend and even though an appointment was made, they were not willing to take us at the same time because we were 15 min late after driving all day. Literally said "well you're late, it's your fault". With only 2 people working there, I don't know how they planned to accommodate us anyways. Don't recommend!

Came here with a bridal party for our pre-wedding manicures and pedicures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the work of my manicurist was not up to par at all. I can honestly say this is the worst manicure I have ever received. I'll let the picture do the explaining.

I have been in Saint Augustine for 10 years this is the best salon that I have been to. They do fantastic work and are always consistent. Plus they're very friendly I recommend it highly.

Terrible service. Came for my wedding weekend and even though an appointment was made, they were not willing to take us at the same time because we were 15 min late after driving all day.
