I did not have a good experience at this establishment. I went in to get a new gel color put on my nails and it took over an hour. This was mainly because the specialist left me half way through the process to go and argue with someone in the back room. Also, when she came back and finished up, I looked down at my nails and I could still see the remnants of my previous color under the new one. Their sign says walk ins welcome. I walked in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday, there were only 2 employees working. The lady didn't greet me but immediately asked what I wanted. When I responded I wanted to do a manicure and a pedicure, she told me she "didn't have time, and do I have an appointment". Pretty disappointed with my fill. The filing is flawless and looks beautiful, however the fill doesnt even look like i got anything done.  You can still clearly see the acrylic and the space where my nails had grown out as if they didnt even put more acrylic on at all. Stopped here when i was out of town and when i am back in town need my nails done, i will go somewhere else. Read Less

RIP OFF!!!! The lady was NOT Friendly, the gentleman was. When my daughter asked for a design of a flower with her pedi, she put a STICKER on her big toe! On the sign the prices were $22 Reg Pedi. Deluxe was $25 and Ultra Pedi was $27. I am accustomed to being asked which service I want so when we walked in we said Pedi which meant $22!! She performed a pitiful Pedi and when it was time to pay I was charged for the Ultra at $27! Of Course there was a $5 Extra charge for Pedi's with "Design" (STICKER) So needless to say I was not happy with the charges, She did not want to give me back my change, I had to ask for it!! I was given certificate to this place and decided to use it on a french manicure and french pedicure right before my wedding. When I walked in the lady who greeted me made me feel like I was a bother. She sat me down and had one lady start on my feet and she filed the nails on my hand. She neglected to trim my cuticles and buff the skin around my nails to soften the rough edges. The lady working on my feet put a bright pink on my toes then did the white tips. To straighten the white tips she used a brush dipped in nail polish remover then ran it under the white tip. In doing this she took off a good bit of the pink polish. She decided not to fix that and continued to finish the toes with a clear coat. My finger nails look almost as bad because of what they didn't do to my cuticles and my rough edges.They used old nail files on me and this place looked unsanitary. I can not believe these people are still in business because I am guessing that I am not the only person who has had a bad experience here. I am left with an ugly nail job for my wedding. Great Family Run Business. I have been going there for the past 5 years and really enjoy their services. I enjoy our conversations and reasonable rates. The attached rates on this website are incorrect under the menu button. Her pedicures are not $50 dollars. They vary in price depending on what you get.
