Don’s “wife” is EXTREMELY RUDE & NEGATIVE . You never get what you ask for. She’s very nasty and quick to demand how “you should get your nails done” verses what you actually want! Once you voice your opinion about what it is, and how you would want your nails, she’s QUICK to talk about you In her language SMH! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They never go by the prices that are posted on the wall, unless it’s a standard, mani or pedi. Ive heard multiple people complaining about her attitude while in the Salon. Save your money and go else where. The level of disrespect is real. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable while getting my nails done. The audacity she has to be so rude, towards those who are helping with keeping the business going SMH. Down right DISGUSTING.

They do a very good job on their nails , but I don't understand why the time for closing says 7pm and I can't even come around 620 and get my nails done. This isn't the first time either.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Horrible horrible job for a full set. From a previous friend told my about this place. Wanted to try it out, I came in didnt get acknowledged until I said something. I believe her name is Ev, very rude lady. I asked for a coffin shape nails and for the acrylic to be skinny not too chunky. Didn't listen what i requested (mind you I'm paying for the service that I want) I asked if she could also take my cuticles out because I heard the nails looks better like that. VERY rudely said no because I need to get a manicure done. I said to her that other places do them, she responded "then go to those places". I ended up telling her not worry about it that I will find a better place. I'm sure she talked about me in her language because the staff kept giving me dirty looks. NEVER AGAIN I WOULD WASTE MY MONEY HERE! Rather travel somewhere else and pay someone who loves how their nails come out.

Been my spot years ago, and even with the new owner's its my favorite spot for about 2 years. Then last year sometimes I'm rudely told I cannot get my nails done. I'm told come back another time. Or my nails are rushed to where instead of relaxing and enjoying my pedicure , I'm getting my full set or fill in at the same time.
Then you are not getting the shape that you want on your nails. I don't care how any times you tell them Italian done completely wrong! Last time I got them done they last maybe a week and half l.

I love Bally Nails. I have been to so many different salons, and Don and Hi always remember me, treat me and like family. Their facility is very clean but super busy. You must make an appointment in advance. Or take the chance of waiting for a long time. I am taking my grand daughter today for her first pedicure. She is so excited. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have personally trusted them for as long as they have in the Winn Dixie shopping center.

I've been to many many salons before but have never experienced one like this. I got acrylic nails. It wasn't very clean, and my nails were bulky and VERY uneven. I had to go to another salon 3 days later because it looked too trashy. The whole procedure took over an HOUR. I hate to give bad reviews but take this as a warning if you want to save your money. Only good thing was that the older lady (the only one there) was pleasant.

I got my first ever set of nails May 2016 and today August 2016 I got my this and LAST. I do not see pride in their work. I showed a picture of the shape i desired and left with many different shapes none of which looked like the picture. I find them rude and I'm not ignorantly referring to cultural differences... I'm speaking of a nasty attitude. I never left with a sigh of great experience only rushed along. I paid $50 today and left unhappy and unsatisfied $45 for fill, gel, re-shape, and an awful experience of a manicure. I gave a $5 tip as this is a service convenience and I sent to them. I however will not bring my business there any longer! I advise you to find another nail shop.

They helped me in a pinch while I was visiting the area on business, and did a great job! I needed a shellac mani and a shellac pedi (it is boots weather, so I had to have dry nails by the time I left). They were super quick, thorough and took pride in their work. My nails look fantastic!If I was looking for a regular salon, I might hesitate a little bit, simply because it is a small shop, with a few technicians and perhaps could be a cleaner establishment. I also didn't see any OPI in their color wheel. But I believe they did a great job and would happily recommend them to anyone local.

Welp.....Came here with a wedding party. Bride made an appointment for all of us, which was about 7 women. We got there are they had a VERY VERY minimal selection of polishes that weren't gel and basically no typical wedding colors. The place was not that clean. They only had 3 people working. The back was gross and I am not positive they had a bathroom. Prices are cheap, but I would not go back here.

I rate this shop AAA+ . Stopped here on way to Ft Lauderdale . Very clean and professional . Don is one of the best .

I love Bally Nails. I have been to so many different salons, and Don and Hi always remember me, treat me and like family. Their facility is very clean but super busy. I've been to many many salons before but have never experienced one like this. I got acrylic nails. It wasn't very clean, and my nails were bulky and VERY uneven. I had to go to another salon 3 days later because it looked too trashy. The whole procedure took over an HOUR. I hate to give bad reviews but take this as a warning if you want to save your money.
