I went to see Nicole Kaleel for a standard highlights and haircut, but it was anything but! She did an AMAZING job at giving me exactly what I asked for: soft, blended highlights with a cool, ashy tone. She listened to my concerns about being nervous about cutting too much length off and only "dusted" the ends off. I talked with her about my frizzy, unruly hair and she suggested a keratin treatment that I am now OBSESSED with. Seriously, where has this been all my life?! Nicole Kaleel is THE BEST hair artist I know. She's the only one allowed to touch my hair and I will follow her to wherever she goes! Nicole has taken me from red to blonde and back to red again. Although I prefer my red hair, when she hand painted my blonde hair, oh my goodness was it beautiful! I kept catching glimpses in the mirror of my hair and couldn't believe it was mine! Stopped in for a quick pedicure with three of my friends and was pleasantly surprised they were able to accommodate us right away. Very nice basic pedicure for only $22.00. I appreciate when they go what you like, how you like it, without trying to upsell all the other services in the salon. They also did a really great job on all of us. When in the area again, I would stop in for another pedicure for quick, easy, great service at a very reasonable price. Read Less

I visited this salon about three weeks ago after searching for someone to take over from previous other bad nail salons, one after the other. Mind you first visit and I even brought two additional customers. I found the shop to be a bit dirty with a huge roach alive in their filthy bathroom. Helen did my Set and while I had questions nd had her to back Over a " few " nails tha med her and paid my 45.00. I was "okay" with her work, not loving it but knew I had few options. I planned to call for a very special evening with my teenage son out of town and just called to make the appointment a week out. Helen stated I was too picky and didn't want to do my nails again. These people need to learn a little about customer service and realizing that customers are their bread and butter. Not only will I let as many people know about this I will be looking at their sanitary issues as well. A nice set of acrylics pink and white done the way I like them is what I asked for and is their best advertisement. Not only that, what I PAID for!  Now poor service will be expounded.
