It is too pricey to give me some wonky nails. Haven't been there since. $60 for regular nails that had bumps. Edit: First of all, I wanted only gel nails. No manicure, no massage, no special treatment, nothing extra. I was ignored and given the manicure and was told I would be charged extra halfway through. So no I wasn’t willing to pay $60 for regular nails but I was conned into paying it. And I know for sure if I said something about it then I would have been treated like I was anything but human. A friend of mine gets her nails done here. She took me with her one time and I've never stopped going. My work schedule consists of long hours M- F. The only day I can go get my nails done is Saturday. Yes, I may have to wait for a little bit, but it's worth the wait. Nancy takes her time and does a great job! If you don't like the way something looks, you tell her and she's happy to fix it. I drive from Brandon to get my nails done here. I have and would recommend Crystal Nails to my friends. Read Less

This place is awful the owner that sits in the first table at the front is so rude and all they want is your $. I had been there twice and the first time she called the cops on some lady that was trying on nail polish colors which was just ridiculous. Then the second time I went my polish had chipped on the second day of going there and instead of doing it for free they decided to charge me for it and there was polish all over my toes they didn't even use a Qtip or anything to clean it. She threatened me as well when I told her the person did a horrible job and she said I still had to pay. Horrible customer Service!! It was obvious they were pissed that all I had was a polish change and not a full pedicure so they were trying to pull money out of me from somewhere for one damn nail they charged $5.00 for a polish change!! I'm telling you don't go here!! They are awful people!!! Especially the owner!! Oh and if you try and call the shop she lies and says she's not the owner!! I went to Crystal Nails with my "certified service dog".  When I walked in, the owner's wife, sitting at the front station, asked "do you have someone to watch your dog when you are in here?"  I explained that he was a "service dog" and accompanied me everywhere.  She became irate and ordered proof.  I explained that by Federal Law that they can ask what the dog does for me, but cannot ask for proof.  She started screaming and told me to leave.  Her husband, the owner, came over and told me to stay and for the wife to stop harassing me.  Another customer insisted that she did NOT LIKE dogs and that I should leave.  The owner told me that he has a permit to carry a gun -- NOT sure why, but I felt very threatened. I got a pedicure and gel manicure here. They were very friendly and did fantastic work on both my manicure and pedicure.  They regularly checked in with me to see if I was ok with their work or if there were any adjustments I wanted. It is a small salon, but they were so wonderful. Read Less
