I’ve been coming to this salon since I moved here and had a few good experiences in the beginning and then it was a hit or miss. The last 5 times I’ve gone has been a steady decline followed by my last chance I will give this place. Jennifer did such a horrible job chopping my nails off, not one is shaped the same and cut me with the cuticle trimmer, removed my gel polish shaving down and making my nails thin and scraped up and painted all over my fingers. Not only all that but it was painful the way she filed and cut my nails. She was on her phone the whole time and paid not attention to what she was actually doing. I will not be returning. I went here two weeks ago to get my nails done. The place is very clean and the ambiance was nice. However, Kelly did a horrible job on my nails. I received nextgen and one day later, the layer of nextgen on my index finger lifted and fell off. I went back the following day and got it fixed without charge. Three days later, two more of the nextgen layered nails lifted and fell off. What a waste of money! When Kelly did my nails, I noticed she used topcoat between each dip instead of the nextgen sealer. I go do my nails to have some “me” time. With that said, I was annoyed at all the talking and laughing among employees. Not only because I didn’t understand, but also because it didn’t stop the whole time I was there and it was very loud. Then to top it of, when I walk in and ask for what I want the host literally questioned if I could afford it. They also charge right in the middle of the process. I was specifically charged while someone did a pedicure and another person struggled to finish my nails. Not my first time there but definitely my last. Read Less

Quality of work is terrible I had a pedicure the man rushed to get done leaving nail polish smudged on my toes and the nail technician doing a full set was very rude and rushy about Nextgen she asked me a total of 3 times if I wanted nextgen. In addition, every client coming in and leaving the women doing my nails would talk /laugh about clients .. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere. Read Less

V.I.P. Nails is the best place in town!! They are always friendly and do a wonderful job! I have never had a bad experience! The massages are the best and what I find the most amazing is that even though I see all of the techs they always remember what we had discussed he last time I was in. It could be weeks before I see them again and hey always ask me how my previous situation is! I love it!! Read Less

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS A MUST. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR. ... I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CERTIFICATE & WENT IN YESTERDAY TO USE IT... I asked to have my nails not filed too thinly and she didn't listen. so I had to tell her twice to be careful. I am Already annoyed. THEN......... THE GIRL WAS SO CLUMSY .... SHE DROPPED THE NAIL GLUE!!!! IT SPLASHED ALL OVER ARM, FACE AND WENT INTO MY EYE!!! YES MY EYE!! I was given VASOLINE to try to remove the glue off my lip and eye lid / pupil. The girl didn't act urgent OR concerned. It was just another day in the office. SHE GOT GLUE IN MY EYE --- WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME VASOLINE TO TRY TO REMOVE IT. DO YOU NOT STOCK EYE CARE PRODUCTS INCASE SOMETHING SERIOUS HAPPENS TO YOU OR YOUR CUSTOMERS!?? FINALLY THE GUY (who I presume is the owner or manager) GOES TO ASK THE PHARMACY WHAT TO DO AFTER THEY WERE TALKING TO EACHOTHER IN THEIR LANGUAGE ABOUT MY EYE.
