I've been regularly getting my nails done for about a year now, with an acrylic overlay over my natural nails. I'm really hard on my nails with the work I do, and my nails were very flimsy and weak, and it was suggested I try the acrylic. I love the strength of the acrylic, but they absolutely destroyed my nails! It was time consuming to take the acrylic off, since it was a nasty type of acrylic, not meant for nails at all, . It was disgusting as it was coming off, and took almost an hour! Nonetheless, it was completely worth the time to get that stuff off. She tried hard gels on me today, and they feel so good! They feel lighter than acrylic, yet are just as strong, and it won't destroy the nail like acrylics do. The major bonus is that they look natural. I just love how they look, and now considered a convert to hard gels! The price is very reasonable considering all of the work, time and attention put into making my nails look perfect. I really enjoyed my time at this Nails Spa. The shop was very clean and chic. the rest of the staff were very friendly. My Manicurist was Lilly and she was wonderful. I had a preety bad pedicure , and so when I went in to have my toe polish fixed I was very lucky to meet Lilly. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and the best part is that they use new nail files and buffing blocks unlike most salons that just reuse pumice rocks on customer after customer. Gross! They even use a plastic liner during pedicure which is very hygienic. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon to everyone and anyone if you're visiting or live in that area. I was told about this place by a coworker after a bad experience at another nail salon. The first time I went, I went to Ethan and now he is the only person I go to. I have been there when they have been busy and watch all the nail techs and they are so nice to all their clients and they take their time and make sure you are happy with their job. I went here for a simple polish change on my toe simple enough. I don't know what it is about this place (I've been here on several occasions) but I feel they don't like to work diligently on the "cheaper" services such as polish changes and gel/nexgen removal. My polish change was very mediocre. The tech, although nice and welcoming, did not bother to properly file my nails and did not go back with a brush and clean the excess nail polish on my cuticles. This was my first time to come to the salon.I live in Texas and was here on a business trip and needed a pedicure. they were very nice to me but my tonails ended up being jagged my massage on my legs lasted about 10 seconds on each leg and I was hearded in and out like cattle. Went for pedicure. They did not have a good color selection. My nail tech massaged one foot but not the other because she was too busy talking to tech next to her. I do wish they would be a little friendlier, ask how you're doing. I had to say to her "How are you". Especially if they speak English. Customer service should be a priority, and that includes saying hello to the Customer and not act like it's just a revolving door of pedicures. That would be how you retain a customer. Read Less

The nail tech that did my fullset rushed through the whole thing, did them in 25 min which i wouldn't mind if they came out nice. She did not seem to care at all. I'm very disappointed because my Nexgen Dip nails are popping off after 2 weeks and I don't work, clean or do dishes. I'm in bed disabled 80% of the time. This has happened to me for the last 3 months! I'm gong to give them a chance to fix ìt. If they don't I'll find a shop with better work. Read Less

I love coming here because of the staff. Everyone is friendly and nobody is stuck up like some other nail placed that i have been to in the past. If u go in the morning during the week its wonderful because its not as busy. During the weekends can get super busy and u will have to wait for technicians to become available. They put plastic covers on their pedicure chairs which is always a plus. Their prices are good, they do no overcharge for their next gen manicure, which i have paid $40 at Anthony Vince by Whole Foods. They do a great job, very pleased with their services. For the pedicure they scrub and massage ur legs and then massage them again with lotion, also another plus. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for good service at a good price. Went to True Nail Spa on Saturday 1/21/17 for a pedicure. Decided to splurge and get the "fancy" one. The worst pedicure I have ever received. I paid extra money as a treat to myself and I paid more for nothing. The lady next to me started before me and she got the basic pedicure. I have been going to this place for three years. I went today and there was a woman who did my nails, who coughed all over my wet feet and I saw the spit from her mouth go onto my feet. She didn't remove all the previous nail polish. She didn't trim cuticles she didn't do half of what she was supposed to do. They still made me pay for it. I am so angry. That woman had such attitude. I asked how much for acrylic nails and was told 25$ as the lady starts doing my nails she starts saying it's 35$ if I wanted them longer which made no sense don't come here!!! My mom came and asked what was going on and the lady started adding prices again . I went there several times over the past few months. Every time I have had Tracy and I love her. I went today and sadly she wasn't there so I went to Lily and she could care less. She was on Skype for the first 15 minutes then did my nails by glopping the dip powder on. All my nails are shaped differently. She was rushing to get to her next appointment. When it was time to do my brows she did them and the wax was so hot that I now have burns and blisters. I pulled away a little because of how hot and rough she was. This place is average, nothing exceptional. It is clean, the service is ok. The nail technician did not even use cuticle softener, but he did take his time with my broken toe which I appreciated. My complaint with most of these places is that they never polish to the edges of the nails! I always notice after I get home..... sigh. I do come here on occasion but $15 for a regular manicure is just too much, other places average $12. I would recommend however as the service you receive depends on the tech you have. Read Less

It's a bit pricey compared to some other salons, but they are quick and do a good job. (Previous nail salon would take 2 hours for Nexgen) I'm usually in and out in an hour depending on if they are busy. Nail techs are nice, nice selection of colors. Read Less

Tried this nail salon over the weekend. Not very warm welcome when my cousin and I walked in the door. Nevertheless, we proceeded with the services. Two pedicures please. Our pedicures were very short, not much of a foot massage as i've grown accustomed to and the lady although pleasant was very rough with positioning my feet. The caucasian girl who appears to manages the place took my cousin's credit card and asked across the room in front of the other customers the amount of tip my cousin wanted to add. I found this tasteless. what she decides to leave for tip is not everyone's business. Took my mother for a mini/pedi with a french. 2 days later her WHITE line was gone on most of her nails. I took her back so that they can redo. They become all defensive, and a tech stated that they can't guarantee the polish... 2 Days really.. They fixed my mother's 3 nails, and they are ruined again a few hours later. Horrible . It took them 15 minutes to acknowledge me be there . I want an acrylic nail and they wanted to Charge $5 extra for the length that would have required them to use the same amount of acrylic regardless . I wanted a matte tip which the lady told me was only $5 extra. As soon as I sat down the nail tech told me it would be $10 because the only matte polish they had is gel even though I didn't want gel. They rushed through the pedicure.. They didn't even clean my toe nails.. When I said something to him he ignored me and I was cleaning my toes with my finger.. Than at the end there was nail polish all over my skin.. When I asked him to clean it please.. He said I was difficult.. I was complaining and they didn't care.. I would never ever recommend them.. I was in the area and needed my nails done and an eyebrow wax. The girl got me in right away and did a good job on both the nails and the shape of my eyebrows. My mother-in-law (72 years old) went there today. Her toe nails were a little longer than usual as she has not been able to have a pedicure for a month or so. The girl doing her nails cut her nail off and began taunting her about the length and making fun of her making rude faces to the other employee next to her. She was asking my mother-in-law why her nails were so long (maybe a 1/2 inch long) and chiding her with ugly faces causing her to begin crying from this form of insult and complete evil. If you want to have your nails judged and have this type of unprofessional and sick experience than by all means schedule your appointment. Otherwise you are better off buying a pair of nail clippers and breaking your back trimming your nails yourself. Note: my mother-in-law does not speak English well and is from Bulgaria.
