We celebrated my 40th Birthday here with a “Mani’s and Mimosas” Amy and her staff went above and beyond for us. There were 17 of us! They closed shop early just so that we can basically have our reign of the place. They allowed us to bring in food, tables, and all that was necessary to make the night a success. They were all so professional and attentive the whole time. This is my regular nail place so I was not surprised by how wonderful they were, but my family and friends could not believe how talented they were and how well we were treated. The owner Bao and his staff are friendly and bend over backwards to serve you. I went in without an appointment one time on a Friday and they squeezed me in with a minimal wait time. The facility is very clean and decorated nicely. They play soothing music, promoting relaxation. When you wash your hands you get a real towel to dry your hands with. After the towel has been used once it goes in a basket to be washed. Pedicures are very clean. They have individual liners and use new tools on each customer. Love this place! I've been a customer for about a year now. New owner is nice, place looks better. Totally recommend my girls Sio and Ana, they are the best! Also Ana's facials are awesome! Can not recommend this nail salon enough! My mom and I came here on a whim and boy am I glad we did! First of all the atmosphere is so clean and beautiful I felt relaxed right away. And their service? Can't be beat! My nails looked amazing and even with regular polish stayed almost a week. My mom got the next gen and hers stayed for almost a month! At firs this place seemed like it would be good when I first got greeted upon arrival . This is where the great service stopped. First of all I don't get many pedicures so I'm not that picky...but this place really had horrible service. As I sat waiting for my pedicure I noticed that my chair didn't have a remote for the massage features. Not that big of a deal...but after waiting for 20 min my pedicure finally started (after making an appointment)..this is where it gets worse. She had an attitude like she didn't want to do it because she was rushing to get off...so she totally skipped my foot scrubbing...I was completely disappointed ...she pretty much just clipped my toe nails..I could have done that at my house myself!! Absolutely fabulous place!  I've had a rough time finding a nail salon that took the time to give you what you were paying for and felt like home. I was so tired of being herded against a tiny nail polish wall with six other girls waiting for an appointment, that obviously held no weight, only to pay good money for a deluxe pedicure that lasted 25 minutes before I was shooed out back to cattle waiting area for my nails to dry. I took the time to do some research in the hopes of finding an establishment that I could tolerate, instead I found one that I absolutely adore. All of the reviews about how wonderful it is are true. The girls were knowledgable,  kind and prompt. My deluxe pedicure and manicure lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. They didn't skimp on one single detail and it never felt rushed. They used the yummiest smelling scrubs and oils too! There was no cheap lotion mixed with water for the massage. They are a 'fume free' establishment which means they don't do the outdated acrylics any more (they do gels as well as the other newest non damaging techniques that are far better than acrylics ) there is no horrible and trite nail salon smell and the atmosphere is not filled with the sound of whirling drills.
