The customer service giving by the receptionist is VERY poor. Went there waiting 3 times for a hour each, i was told to go and come back in an hour when i came back the receptionist said she would go “get my color” i told her i didn’t want a color but a clear coat. She disappeared anyways for about 15 minutes then came back to tell me it would be a hour and a half wait. I left. I came back the next morning and waited once again only to be told to make an appointment and come back later. I called to make an appointment for 6:15 - 6:20 and i was asked to come in at 6:00 instead. I left work early to make it there and the same receptionist did the same thing. Instead of picking my color she sat at the front picking her NOSE and then going out to help people around the shop. She went to the back to laugh and hold conversation with the other workers then came back up front to tell me it’s about a hour wait. I said what was the point of asking me to come in earlier than i tried to make the appointment to tell me to wait while having this conversation another female walked in and started getting her nails done. She so happened to be white (nothing against her though) i said how am i still waiting and she just walked in, i was told she had an appointment and i said so did I. My mom started getting upset and so we left. The guy trying to defuse the situation was very nice and respectful however the receptionist was grinning behind him and hugging up on another guy while i was trying to speak. I am a paying customer just like everyone else and there has never been a time that I’ve walked in that salon and didn’t tip. Never again I will go to this place. I was scheduled for an appointment at 6pm , a hour & the half later the owner wants to tell me she won't be able to do my nails. I was definitely pissed ! Another customer had the same issue so they might need to get a new front desk person. The owner is disrespectful & disgusting it was my first & last time there. I've been coming here for about 3 years and they're fabulous! They have just renovated the nail salon and it's so nice and luxurious. The varieties of nails here will make your jaw drop. So many colors and so many nail art designs you can get. I always leave 150% satisfied with my nails. The nail techs here are also talented and funny!! I just got a total makeover from this place and I got nothing but praises for the wonderful staff they have there. Emilee did my volume lashes and they came out beautiful. I love how my nails come out, and the younger male nail tech that does my nails, takes his time and makes sure my nails are perfect! Stay away from this place!!!  They have the worst service I have ever experienced!  I have gone to them numerous times and spent hundreds of dollars with them.  Today, I was running 5 minutes late for my appointment and I got a call from a rude woman yelling at me for being late and said they will not accept appointments from me in the future.  Needless to say, I went somewhere else (who was happy to have my business today and in the future!)This is no way to treat a loyal customer.  Don't go to this place!  Go somewhere that knows how to treat their customers! I've been here a couple times and I've never been happy with how my nails come out. This last time I visited I walked out so disappointed it's not funny. My nails are all crooked. I have cuts all over my fingers from them buffing and nail filing. I am going to be going back and demanding a refund because of everything wrong. I'm 90% positive that the girl who did my nails isn't licensed. She doesn't have a chair and she had to fix my nail 2 times because it was crooked then the last time it was still crooked and I was so irritated I didn't feel like having her do it again. This place is only getting such great reviews because of wonderful Kim and because its one of the few located so far west. BUT the manager does not know anything about customer service and is disgustingly rude. I have been coming here for my regular two week fill and pedicure for over six months but was told by said manager that I've never been a customer at her nail salon and just refused me service due to the fact that I've come in twice for the same nail within the past 24... hours. I literally told this woman that I would pay and that it's NOT a big deal- I just want it redone nicely- but she proceeded to be the most unprofessional and judgmental person I have ever experienced in a place of business. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager, Emily is extremely unprofessional as is the service and the girl at the front desk. I have had my eyelashes done many many times in my life on the regular and when I came here, the girl glued the cluster lashes directly on top of my own eyelashes and way too close to my eye so when they fall out they take all my own eyelashes with them. This has never happened to me before. She also glued them way too close together so even though they were cluster lashes they seemed like one solid strip and are heavy on my eye lid. She also managed to glue them in a way that made my right eye look more open and my left eye lid to droop. Now my eyelids are red and veiny from the strain and I have hardly any of my real eye lashes left. Not to mention, I have only had half my vision in my left eye this whole time because I can see the eyelashes since they were glued too far inside the lid and too close to my eye. I had left the country the day after I had the eyelashes done for 2 weeks so I had to just deal but as soon as I returned I called the salon to explain the situation and find out how to remove them. I soaked them with baby oil for a day and night. They are still stuck. The girl at the front desk did not seem to care at all. The manager simply said she could not help me because it had been 2 weeks and she's sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't seem to be sorry at all. All she could do is offer me half off a session when the least she could do was offer me a free session since now I may not have any eyelashes now for 4-8 weeks but I wouldn't want to go back anyway. Ok my third time and I'm totally impressed by the art of nails performed here. Ive tried quite a few salons in the area. I like that the owner presence is here. They offer many different variations of services. They do design work if your in the mood to change things up. Salon is clean and multiple stations available. I advise to make an appointment as they are busy. We have done a walk in and waited for at 30 minutes. The staff are friendly and understand what u say. Comfy pedi stations and not loud music. I've been to a lot of nail shops and decided to try something different for my babyshower. This by far is the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I have ever had. First the nail tech that I had took my previous nails off and decided that she wanted to do what she wanted. When I told her I would like to add more length, she caught an attitude and dropped her tools on the table. She then added diamonds to one nail in her own style. Aggravated and pregnant, I left and soon after the diamonds started falling off one by one. The next day I went to get it fixed as she did charge me more than what she said it would be. Aggressively she started pulling on my hands telling me that it's okay. She redid one & added the missing to the other... TWO DIFFERENT DESIGNS! My girlfriend goes to this salon and swears by them. I've heard nothing but good things so I tagged along and wanted to get a manicure. I had Bruce who was so rude and arrogant from the minute he started working on my nails.  He did not do what I wanted and if I requested something he would give me a hard time about it, because "he thought it would look better HIS way". After a while of his attitude I asked him to just finish because I was so upset and he told me that he was going to finish or else I was going to "ruin his reputation". Wow! I was so dissatisfied with my nails, I swore I would never give my business there again. My friend told the owner about my experience and the owner asked her to ask me to come back so she could fix it. I was hesitant, but I figured if she really wants me to go I will. The owner took me, didn't apologize for my experience last time and didn't express that she was happy to fix my nails. On top of it she ended up charging me! I've been to this salon twice, after they requested to follow me on Instagram.  I called for an appointment and specifically asked for nail art, so they schedule me with Annie, who's great, but doesn't do nail art.So after my mani is done, they tell me I have to wait for Emily to do the design, I agree. 20 minutes later,  she's in a bad mood because she was doing a client....not my problem, I scheduled appointment for nail art.So, she takes and does my nail art, charges me $13 for some rhinestones. Rhinestones all fall off 2 days later, so I go back in and show her, and she's all pissy. She fixes it and I leave.2 weeks later I go in for my 2nd appointment,  with nail art. I get Annie again and I explained how I want nail art but Emily is always busy, they say don't worry. So long story shorter...2 hours later, pedi and nexgen mani I'm waiting for my nail art again....I'm crunched with time because I had to pick up my kids from school....I did wait 30 mins, and when I asked her how much longer.. she rudely tells me she's busy with a client and I can get my money back for nail art, $10 this time....and I said why should I wait so long? She's says "honey if you no like,  you don't have to come back!" Wow!!So rude, nasty, and unprofessional.  Then she proceeded to talk shit about me in Vietnamese. Will not be returning here after the owner would not keep her word. Decided to try something new in December and howie was awesome. January the second time I returned was an absolute trip from hell resulting in bleeding fingers and a design 100% opposite of what I wanted. After talking to the owner emilee she offered to fix them the next day and I informed her that was impossible after how much pain my fingers were in so she offered 50% off next time I came in which was today almost a month later WITH the same failed nails from the month before so I was sure she remembered me. I was asked to make an appointment which I did and still waited an additional 18 minutes only to be told it would be $30 which is not half off even with the additional $5 to take my nails off which I don't believe I should have had to pay considering what she was taking off was the mess she helped create from my last visit.
