Honestly, I am never disappointed every time I get my nails done here. They are all very efficient and friendly and they do an amazing job I don't think there has ever been a nail salon I've been to where every single nail tech in the salon does a fantastic job other than this one. I always get the NexGen powder, and after coming here for six months straight, my nails have gotten so long and healthy that I never even need to add tips on my nails anymore :) Read Less

My husband and I went in to get pedicures today and neither of the ladies did a good job. The lady who did my husband's pedicure barely massaged him, didn't use any pressure and rushed through. The lady who did mine used too much pressure with everything and hurt me. She left one nail only half painted and didn't clean the nail polish around the skin by my nails. I had to fix everything when I got home. Not to mention, she rushed through mine just like the other lady. We don't have high expectations, but this was pretty bad for me to leave a negative review. The only reason why I gave it a 2 star and not a 1 star is because we were walkins (their phone wasn't working to make an appointment) and they were able to take us at the same time, right away, and we got to sit next to each other. Love that it seems they all speak English, they "know" their customers and greet them with care (owner greeted customer with cancer at the door) and excitement (another tech excitedly yelled and greeted another customer by a nickname as she entered) The atmosphere is fun.  They have  a Christmas party planned for their customers (12/11 @ 6pm)...the owner is asking them to dress differently each day of December...today they are all in green and a couple of them are dressed up.  They are having fun! Kind of cool.  Love to see the techs laughing and joking with customers.  My tech did a beautiful job on my feet. Definitely going to try this again. Read Less
