I’ve been going to Madison Valgari for about 7 months now and I’ve never been disappointed! Not only is the staff incredible but their work is as well! If you have an idea they will make it happen, and if you don’t have a clue about what you want they are full of ideas. The salon is such a comfortable environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been to other salons around the county and their work is subpar compared to the amazing work, time, and effort the staff puts into every clients nails. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS A MUST. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR. ... I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CERTIFICATE & WENT IN YESTERDAY TO USE IT... I asked to have my nails not filed too thinly and she didn't listen. so I had to tell her twice to be careful. I am Already annoyed. THEN......... THE GIRL WAS SO CLUMSY .... SHE DROPPED THE NAIL GLUE!!!! IT SPLASHED ALL OVER ARM, FACE AND WENT INTO MY EYE!!! YES MY EYE!! I was given VASOLINE to try to remove the glue off my lip and eye lid / pupil. The girl didn't act urgent OR concerned. It was just another day in the office. SHE GOT GLUE IN MY EYE --- WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME VASOLINE TO TRY TO REMOVE IT. Went here for the first time due to referrals from some friends. I got a full set acrylic and a gel pedicure and was absolutely blown away by the drastic difference they make compared to other nail salons I've been to, so much so that I'm writing a review about it! They were very attentive and helpful for what I had in mind for a design, and they were pleasant and fun to chat with! I've never seen a nail salon so clean and well managed. My cuban girl did thatttttt shes a 10 and Mat is the best doing designs on the other hand if you have kids do not bring them here the owner lady does NOT like kids and fussed the whole entire time i was there for my first appt ever with them and made extremely rude comments about my son but as for the work wow hands down ADMIRABLE ARTISTS fyi: for the owner a little more respect for your customers would be appreciated !! This is the best salon around . Excellent service. It's extremely sanitary not like other salons at all . I liked that they don't use the same palmice scrub on you that they use with every other pedicure . They open new pedicure tools everytime and throw the old ones out . Not expensive. I love Madison Valgari. The name alone is great. From the very first moment I walked into this boutique styled spa world of class, chic and elegance all wrapped in one, I knew it was everything. The staff is always professional , friendly and they tend to you from the moment you walk in. When I go in with an idea they bring it to life and when I don't have a clue they know just what to do. I am so happy every time I leave this place. I actually try to find my next design throughout the next week for when I go back.
