I’m not saying all of the nail techs there are terrible, but the one I had was, she left bubbles and fuzz on my nails, I asked her not to cut them too short she cut them way too short and told me, my bad! I got a French manicure and the lines aren’t even straight, my three-year-old granddaughter could’ve done a better job. Read Less

Every time I walk in they always have someone ready to take me, lucky me always gets Nancy, she is the sweetest, and really takes pride in her work, she is the BEST at pedicures! She takes her time, usually I only get pedicures when I'm stressed out so by the time I leave Nancy I am 100% relaxed! Love this place! Read Less

Horrible nails!!!!! Paid $35 for a "gel dip" manicure and the woman had no idea what she was doing. I had to walk her through how to do it and she couldn't even get French manicure lines straight. Needed less to say, it's been 72 hours and my nails are ALL 10 chipped and broken. These types of manicures last me 2-3 weeks. HORRIBLE!!!! I won't even go to complain because I don't want them to even attempt to touch my hands to fix them. Will be going to another salon tomorrow to get them redone. So that's over $70 in one week for nails thanks to this horrible salons screw up!Read Less

Love this place...Started going to see Suzanne several years ago from a recommendation from a friend of mine and this woman really knows how to do hair and listens to everything you say you want done.  I even years ago trusted her to chop my hair down to a pixie cut and loved it.  Every time I get a haircut I get so many compliments.  The price of a haircut is also fantastic. Do not let these people touch your nails. I came in to get a quick manicure due to my shellac being two weeks old and not having a dedicated salon.  The first red flag should have been that the woman didn't know how to take of shellac. She tried to simply take it off with nail polish remover and a cotton swab. She then tried to use a dremmel. I pulled away and I had to tell her that my nails needed to be soaked. Once the shellac was off, she soaked my nail in cold water. When she trimmed my nails,  I pointed out my thumb because the nail had split. Instead of clipping the nail down and filing, she tried to super glue my nail together.  When she painted my nails, she was sloppy and inconsistent.  On two nails,  she didn't paint the entire nail; on one nail she left a spot in the middle,  on all of the nails she painted my cuticles and the sides and didn't properly clean. She then told my to put my hands under the UV. I told her there was a problem and pointed it out. She said "okay" and still insisted that I put my hands under the UV light. When the UV light didn't work she had me use a fan. I told her I had enough and didn't want her touching my hands any more. Also keep in mind that they don't use plastic lining on their pedicure basins and I didn't see a sterilization machine anywhere. BEWARE! Read Less
