This place is great! All the people are kind and respectful. I know some people get annoyed or uncomfortable when nail technicians talk a lot in their native language. They didn't do much talking at all unless it was to a customer. They were all very focused on doing their job and getting it done quickly and neatly. I'll definitely be going here a lot! They will make you wait, be rude, and dishonest about pricing. You’ve been warned. You would think someone would pay attention to the negative reviews on here. Completely dissatisfied with not only the service itself but with the way the staff conducted themselves. When you go to a place like this, you go to relax and be treated with respect and at least a 4 star service. Picture this: you walk in a hot room, 3 techs, 6 customers and all customers have been started and are waiting because the techs are working on more people walking in. You ask them to do your cuticles and they say, $5 more, you ask them to use a different color on a nail, $10 more. There’s no greeting, no human emotion at all. Lol. Very strong nail smell. I took my wife and the wait was very long. While waiting, we observed that they do not use a liner for the pedicure spa— they just kind of wipe it down with a sponge after each client. That does not seem sanitary. We left after seeing that. Read Less

Been several times and the staff is always courteous. So far I have never had to wait to get a chair and my manicures and pedicures have been very lovely. The price is pretty much the same as every other salon in the area.  I only take away one star because of location and the fact that I have seen other salons with higher end decor and drinks but you will certainly pay for that! See my posts below. They were rude, it was very harsh/strong smelling I could hardly breathe, and no toddler friendly chairs or people. I left as she was filled my pedicure tub bc the water was so hot it was burning my feet and I def looked uncomfortable... She didn't bother to ask if the water was okay. Read Less

I had a huge event the next day and after being turned down from True Nails down the road I drove passed this nail salon 30 mins before closing. This salon is under new management. The new owner, Mimi was very kind and told me she would be glad to give me a mani/pedi. Even though I was still there passed closing time she made sure my nails were perfect!
