She did everything I told her not to do. I told her I do not want the drill used on my nails, she insisted on using the drill (I have natural nails...the drill makes them break). I told her I do not want my cuticles cut, she insisted on cutting them (cutting the cuticles makes them split and its painful). I told her I want my nails shaped round, she shaped them square. I had to tell her 3 times to shape them round and she only did it when I started filing my own nails. Not to mention no one here is friendly. I value my $$$ and will only do business with people who value me as a customer and value my $$$. With that being said I won't be back :( Read Less

NO STARS From the moment I walked in you could feel unnecessary tension from the manager and some of the staff. Once seated in the pedi chair, the nail tech immediately started using her phone and took a few min to start me. She continued throughout the service as well. I was also getting a full set so I asked if they had matching toe colors for the gels. She suggested I do gel on my toes & I told her I always do regular polish. She had an attitude the rest of my pedi, but I let it go. Once she was done my big toenail was completely crooked, so the manager aggressively came over saying it will be fixed. Mind you I'm completely calm an normal the entire time. Tina who did my nails was nice. Once she started putting on the gel it was too light so I picked another color. A few of the nail techs started laughing and all eyes were on me. They make it known when theyre talking about clients. The manager came over hovering us UNCOMFORTABLY   & when I asked if everything was okay he just walked away.This is my first time getting my nails and toes done in six months. I spent 80 dollars and didnt even get decent service. Ladies go to nail salons to get pampered, relax and feel comfortable. My experience wasnt even close and its extremely upsetting! The absolute best nail salon in the area. The nail techs are super sweet and personable. My nails always look AMAZING and everyone asks where I go. Went to this salon last week for a pedicure.  I ended up getting the Relaxing Pedi for $35 which is the normal price for a plain pedi in DC.   They have a good selection of nail polish.  The pedicurist gave my legs/feet a nice massage and did check with me periodically if I was okay with what she did.   I like the layout of the salon which isn't one person on top of another.  My only complaint is I had a hard time understanding the pedicurist -- she didn't to speak a bit louder.   Would definitely go back. I've visited this salon quite a few times. It's quite popular in the Brandon Area and is usually very busy on weekends. Plan on waiting a bit. Their prices recently went up but it's still worth it as they do really good work. My sister and I got pedicures. They performed them in a nice amount of time; not too fast or too long. Water temperature was good and I enjoyed the massage chairs. I absolutely love the color I chose. This place is very clean and nice and also has a great ambiance. Since we came on a weekday morning, we were able to get in right away. When I used to come on weekends, there was always a long wait. I think that may be why their prices went up. They also do waxing and of course manicures, full sets, gel, etc. I used to get acrylics and gel nails a few years back and loved their work. I have been to most of the nail salons in the surrounding area and this one is my favorite and my top pick. I would recommend to anyone. Read Less

Had my very first pedi here. The pedicurist was very personable and sweet! I chose a sparkly red OPI nail polish and she noticed it was not up to par and found a new one to use. The experience was great and I'm very happy with my toes. Cost is $22 for a pedi, but they don't serve wine. I would still go back here. Clean and courteous. Read Less

I used to go here all the time and had to stop because they kept cutting my cuticles making them bleed almost ever manicure I got. It seems they started rushing the pedicures as well. It makes me sad to say this because I used to love it here. Read Less

I live in Chicago, IL and was vacationing in Riverview, FL. I stopped by Pink and White Nails and got a Pedi and a Shellack. Vivian and Kelly did a beautiful job. Very busy place on a Saturday. I had a regular pedicure. They did great work on my cuticles. I'm not sure how clean the tools were.  I'm used to seeing the tools soaked in disinfectant. But the shop seems very clean and everyone was very professional. Read Less
