My sister and I had a great experience. The staff is well-trained in pretty much all areas. They give the BEST pedicures with paraffin wax and amazing foot massage. I also got acrylic nails and they're absolutely perfect, neat, and carefully done. They also offered us wine with our pedicures. I will go back again and again and I highly recommend this place! I have always had great experiences here. Michael does my nails. I get acrylic with gel polish. He is really nice and easy to talk to, none of that awkward small talk. He is also really fast with polishing. His nails never lift of peel . Milissaa does my pedicures and she has a great touch. She doesn't speak great English which is fine when you want to relax. A few days before Christmas, I was in the area and decided to get my nails done at another place, and they did such a horrible job, I couldn't believe my eyes. I walked into K's Luxury nails, and they fixed the horrible job and even gave me a discount, even though it wasn't their fault. I have been several times to the salon.  I had good experiences and so not so good.  I had the dip done before by Michael and it was excellent.  I also had it done by another girl but not sure her name and it was really well done.   Another time I had just gel nails and she cut them so short the tops of my fingers were showing and I did go in with long nails.  She also cut the sides of my nails.  Within two weeks my nails tore about half way down the nail. My nails were so soft because a dremmel was used to remove my "dip" nail finish.Today I had the dip done by a different girl and I am not pleased with it.  She used the dremmel and they are not smooth.  My nails have dips in them and they are not hard like they should be. I think  they either needed another coat or they were not under the lamp long enough. I asked for them not to be filed on the sides as I like them very square but she kept filing them on the sides. Michael came over and said sorry they are not square but it is because they are short.  Next time they can be more square. Being short has nothing to do with them being square or round.   My pedicure and nails were $90. To sum it all up, it is a hit and miss on whether you will get a good manicure or a poor one. I love K's Luxury Nails. Kim is my favorite, she does a fabulous pedicure and a good job on eyebrow waxing. Especially in love with their new Volcano Specialty Pedicure which comes in multiple scents and actually makes the water bubble and that makes the aroma carry and linger turning your pedicure into an amazing aromatherapy session as well. I assume as with all other nails places there is always one or two people that are fantastic and the rest are not. I unfortunately had someone here who was not... to sum it up.. she cut my real nails down to barely anything because "short better" even though I asked her not to cut them short, had to soak my gel off twice because of a horrible polishing job, and I was left with nicks and scrapes from the file and buffer... all in all I was here for 2 hours to get a gel polish change on my hands and feet... 2 different people, which the second person never said one word nor made eye contact with me... and I was still charged full price by the owner but given a lotion for my troubles... even though the owner was extremely nice I will not be returning... $50 for shellac polish change and bad service Read Less

I've been getting pedicures for years and never once have I had a nice experience like this... if you go , ask for Coco. She did my first ever callus pedicure and was so beyond sweet and caring. She's talkative which is awesome... she also is very caring and sweet. She wouldn't even accept my tip! Even after the hot stone massage... massage in general... hand massage, she was amazing!!! First time here, I made an appointment for 3 pm on a Friday afternoon but I was the only person there at that time. They're very professional, the salon is well kept and organized well. Only initial qualm is I can't hear music playing, makes for kinda an awkward silence.I got a basic mani-pedi (regular, no gel) for $40+tip. Love K's Luxury Nails! The salon is always nice and clean, has a good a vibe, nice comfy massage chairs, and you are offered a complimentary beverage. Everyone who works here is very nice! They also do not rush your mani or pedi, which makes the experience a lot more enjoyable than your usual nail salon. One thing I particularly like is that once you become a regular customer (I believe this is after 3 visits to the salon), you get your own personal box of manicure tools dedicated to you...just come in, tell them what number your box is and they grab it from the rack! After searching high and low for a professional, clean and quiet atmosphere in a nail salon, I have found it in this establishment. I appreciate their attention to detail and thoroughness. Many salons do a rush job especially with pedicures and I am glad that they will give me a massage that lasts more than 3 minutes. This place has a tranquil and relaxed feel. I also appreciate the signs to remind other patrons to keep their talking to a minimum. I have often been aggravated when I walk into other salons for a quiet and relaxing time only to experience harsh lighting, loud and obnoxious customers and employees alike. I go here regularly for pedicures. They follow all the health codes and actually sanitize the tools like all salons are supposed to do (but many dont).   I used to go for pedis oblivious to all the risks, but started paying attention to where tools were stored and how/If spa tubs were cleaned between customers after a story on the news a few years ago. You could easily get a toenail fungus or even Hepatitis from tools and tubs that are not disinfected correctly.   This place uses the UV sanitizing ovens and I have watched them get a fresh package out every time I go. They use tub liners and also disinfect tubs after each use.   A basic pedicure is $25 and always looks great. They offer complimentary bottled water and are always very friendly. I've been to this place a lot and always have an awesome experience. Wrote a review this time because of how well they treated a potential bad experience. I got my nails done Tuesday with a gel manicure and pedicure. 2 days later the color from the gel turned yellow and they were peeling. I came back in to tell them and they fixed it right away. New color, new manicure. They didn't want to charge me anything to fix it. They apologized and the manager watched to make sure everything was right. After reading the reviews on Yelp and seeing how great they are, I have to say they did NOT disappoint and they lived up to their reviews. Today was the first time I had been to this nail salon. Without a doubt it was one of the best experiences I've had with a salon in the Brandon/Bloomingdale area.The ambiance is relaxing and the overall look is very serene and soothing.The manager was very friendly and the nail techs were very sweet as well. They are constantly checking on you and making sure you are enjoying the services they are providing. I got the deluxe pedi and luxury mani with French on both, and shellac on my nails. Terrible customer service!! Went here 1.5 hours before they closed. Signed my name and sat down. 5min later a lady came to me, asked what I needed. I told her eyebrows waxed please she looked at the clock irritated and shook her head and said "no we don't have time". Over an hour before you close and you "don't have time" to do your job. A simple eyebrow wax?!?  I came here based on the reviews but what a waste of time and gas. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. To a business that appreciates their customers and has time to do a 15 min service during their posted business hours. I have been here twice. The first was for a pedicure. It was a very good pedicure, but too expensive. The second time was about 2 weeks ago. I came for a fill in. My original nail tech was booked. It was a weekday, and when I walked in I was greeted by the gentleman and he very politely let me know that there would be about a 30 minute wait. Not a problem because this was my only available day. I wasn't sure why there was such a long wait though, because there were only about 4 other customers in there. They didn't have many staff members. At least that day. He was very kind, and after what looked like an appointment with his client, he did my fill. They looked good when done, but the acrylics did not last at all. They used Seche Vite top coat which I normally love, but it didn't last. It started peeling off my nails. I do not put my nails in water either, only to wash my hands. I use gloves for dishes, etc. Also, 4 nails have broke in the corners, because he made the acrylic too thin. I noticed they were kind of thin when my nails were drying, but I didn't think they would break. I have been getting acrylic for years, and never had this issue. Also he did not file my nails down underneath, so they are starting to lift. I asked him to file one while I was there that was lifting because my nails are the same length as the fake nail, then a couple days later more started to lift. I shouldn't have to ask to file my nail down though. Also, as they grew out, I noticed that he filed down too deep at my cuticle and dug into my nail. Not cool!Overall, I did like my pedicure which is why I came for a fill because the reviews were so great, but I will not return. Read Less

The experience and customer service is worth every penny. I have been coming to Kelly for years and I love how her and her staff treat me like family! She is very attentive to my feet and understands the delicate nature of the pedicure that is right for me. Not really sure where these awesome reviews came from. Today my was first time in the salon. They do have multiple pedicures to chose from, their pedicure wash bowels do have a liner in them.. but I ended up with nail polish all over my skin.. I just paid $35 dollars for a pedicure and a polish I could have done neater myself. I honestly don't think there was a top coat done either as my eyes were closed trying to relax. Love this nail salon! It's clear they take pride in excellent customer service. The minute I walked into the salon, I was greeted by someone with a smile. The salon is relaxing with wonderful massage chairs. They have tons of options from your basic pedi to ultra relaxing 1 hr experience. The salon is extremely clean and they use sanitized tools and covers on all the bowels. They offer a ton of color options in both regular and gel polish. They checked in with me several times to ensure I was enjoying my experience. I am definitely coming back and would recommend to family and friends.... worth the extra 15 minute drive from my house! This Nail Salon has been my "go to" salon since it opened a few years back. On my frequent visits to see my Dad, I always stop in to get a well deserved Mani and Pedi. K's Luxury Nails is a beautiful nail salon. One of the nicest I've been in as of late. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. And the really cool thing is they DO NOT try and up sell you.  No pressure no worries. They just want you to enjoy your experience.  That's exactly what I did today. Enjoyed.
