I went in for a manicure/pedi. I was helped immediately and put in a chair. The water was turned on and it was hot. Nobody asked me once if it was too hot, which it was. The lady who helped me seemed very nice but she needed a translator and when I was trying to let her know that I wasn't satisfied she kept telling me no or it's good. I don't want to judge the whole place on this one person but I paid good money and my nails look like I did them myself.Read Less

Terrible! Not even 48 hours after I was there and a nail already popped off. They didn't understand I wanted tips and gel, even after I told about 3 different people 5 different times. They put acrylic on me, and I had to ask for it to be removed after the first nail! Nails are uneven; look duck billed, and will need to be redone this week by my regular nail tech. Went with a wedding party and they were ignoring our reservation to accommodate the walk-ins!!!!! Totally unprofessional and only looking to make money $$$$$$ I'll NEVER go there again!! Went in to get my nails fixed, and I wish I had just paid the money to get them fixed at my regular salon. Hangnails galore due to then removing cuticles with a dremmel and dry cracked skin everywhere. They had the audacity to yell at ME saying tips and gel is impossible, so it was MY fault because I didn't get "powder". The man (who originally did my nails) must not speak English because when I tried telling him I wanted everything removed he took out a pair of clippers and tried just cutting my nails short. When I let the girl know I get tips and gel polish at another place and they look fantastic for over 2 weeks she said "then why didn't you go there?!" She was rude the entire time she was "fixing" my nails, took another client in the middle of doing my nails, pushed my hands around instead of talking to me. She applied my fresh gel polish without a base coat, so I don't expect them to last long but at that point i just wanted to get the hell out after having been there an hour and a half already. She also dropped some gel polish on the counter with all the dust/shavings from my nails and actually wiped it up with a finger and SCRAPED IT BACK INTO THE CONTAINER! This is ABSOLUTELY the worse nail place I have ever been to. This is also the first time I have taken the time to write a negative review about an establishment. First off, I brought my two girls ages 4 & 6 with me to enjoy a pedi/mani as well. They are very well behaved and had ipads to keep them busy. It took one of the nail techs a full hour just to paint their nails. That wasn't the problem though, although she was very slow, she was nice, friendly and smiled throughout the process. The girls were super excited about the nails. I on the other hand had a nail tech that seemed to be irritated right from the start. She yelled at the other nail tech for starting to write the ticket, telling her that she will write her own. She proceeded to do a gel finish on my nails and dipped 3 of my nails into some powder bc they had a crack. I asked for nail glue but she insisted that this was a much better option. When all was said and done, 3 of the nails looked horrendous! She blamed it on the light, then the position of my hand, then admitted that they were slightly uneven. She "fixed" them but they still looked awful. I pointed out that I was unhappy but she refused to admit that there was a problem. Sometimes with customer service if you can understand where the customer is coming from, that can go a long way. She was so rude and told me not to come back. Once she said that, I immediately responded with I was not paying for this crappy job. I did say that i would pay for all of the other services just not the $20 for the awful gel. Things got intense and she began threaten to call the police in front of my girls. I kept extremely calm the whole time and told the manager that I only wanted to deal with her. She also was very rude! I agreed to pay for the entire amount, just to get out of there! I wish I could post a picture of the crap job they did! Even my husband (who has never said anything about hair, nails, makeup etc...) said they make my fingers look deformed! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Read Less

1st water was way too hot, 2nd girl didn't trim my toe nails she cut them..way too short, 3rd she used puma stone on left heel to remove some callus, but didn't touch the right heel 4th towel take out of warmer & spread on legs & feet was scalding hot. Massage chair was nice Read Less

Francesca did a great job on my toes. The gentleman who owns the salon did my finger nails. 36 hours later my finger nail polish peeled off, but I've been a little hard on my nails with cleaning and laundry:) I've never had the polish chip so quickly, but I do recommend trying this place.
