The last time I was there I was told I'd have wait because a late appointment had arrived. The manager told the technician to stop as she was preparing to do give me a pedicure. I always got a gel mani and a pedicure and gave them great tips. I was sitting in the chair with my feet in the water. The late appointment was only getting a maincure, key word she was late. She showed me how much she respected my business with her action. I asked to dry my feet and never returned again. They were so rude to me for no particular reason. The store was empty besides me and one other woman. I didn't even get to get my nails done they just had me sitting in a chair waiting for nothing. I had Alondra give me a wonderful mani-pedi and Vivian waxed my eyebrows perfectly. The price was fair and even though its located inside walmart, its some of the best service I've ever recieved from a nail salon. Thank you ladies, I will definitely be back! Read Less

This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten! I had to cancel my manicure after looking at how my toes nails came out. The woman left all kinds of nail polish on my feet. I waited to see if she was going to clean it off and to no avail, she didn't. Then I tell the other tech how I didn't like the pedi and she had the nerve to catch an attitude and say well what's wrong? I told her and she still caught an attitude. I told her I didn't want to continue the service because it was horrible. She again had the nerve to catch an attitude with me and be rude. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but I had to so I could post this review. Tina gave me a mani and a pedi today. She absolutely mutilated my cuticles AND cut the SKIN around my fingers and toes which were nowhere near the cuticles. I bled for two hours on 3 fingers and 4 toes. My toes and fingers are RAW. And it looks as if a 5 year old painted my nails. Paint everywhere on my toe. Horrible place. I should have known better than to go and get my nails done in a salon renting in a dirty Walmart!  What was I thinking!!! I only went because I was with a friend who convinced me to go. I'm sure she won't be back either considering after her nails were mutilated also, the tech had to put neosporin on her cuticles. Regardless, I hope I don't have some sort of fungus or infection. They never asked me for a extra service, they just put it in the bill, when I saw it, I made the claim and she just told me I paid that amount because they use a product to remove foot callus. I had an appointment at 9:30 for a pedicure and fill. When I got there at 9:30 there was someone in the chair already getting her nails done with the gal I was booked with and I was greeted and I  said I had an appointment, and then I was apologized to because she had messed up but someone else could do my pedicure. Well it just so happens that the person doing my pedicure was just hired the 2weeks prior  when I was there last. She was nice but didn't speak much English at all. I really wasn't happy because one my appointment was messed up and 2 I didn't know this woman's work. She started filling up the foot bath, sat me down, didn't even let me soak my feet before she started working on them. She started using a drill on the top of my toenail which I hate so I asked her not to use it and just use a file, surprised she understood. I soaked my one foot for 2 minutes then she had me take it out and started working on it with steel tools that I'm not even sure were sterilized. She was rough and I had to stop her a couple times because she was about to cut into my toenail. Then she wanted to use something on my heels for the dry skin that was $5 extra , I said no! I got no lotion massage but I did get a hot towel slapped on my legs! It took her 25min maybe without polish to give me the worst pedicure EVER! The 10,000$ question is ,Why did I sit there and let her give me a pedicure at all and pay for it?????" Would you have?? I'm an idiot! First my mom went and did a pedicure and she loved every minute of it, today I went to do a pedi as well and I am positive I will be coming here frequently. Friendly staff, they make sure everything is perfectly clean & good prices. It's just not only cleaning and applying nail polish, they massage your feet and put a variety of lotions and oils and at the end they apply steamed towels which is heavenly! Read Less
