After 3 years, this is still my favorite nail salon in St Lucie County!! Dan, Donna, and their family always take care of me and treat me very well. This place was dirty and unprofessional. There was trash and stuff all over the salon. Not what I expected for "4 stars"iGoogle review. I was unhappy with the experience. They are understaffed and the wait was ridiculous. My nail tech was in a rush and never asked me through the process if I liked it. Once she was "done" I told her I did not like how they turned out and felt she didn't do it as I had requested. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is that she did offer to redo them but I declined since she had just told another customer waiting it would only be 5 more minutes. ****I have updated this review to a 1 star. My daughter will only go here to get her nails done. Donna is the best she always has new ideas for designs and my daughter is always leaving there happy. The atmosphere is fun, especially when Donna and her sister are both working. Very nice, friendly, understanding, people and if a nails has an accident they're more than happy to fix it. I had a gentleman do my nails. He was on the phone the entire time. He never asked my length. Shape. Nothing. I told him the acrylic was too thin. He said it was fine. It's been 3 days. They are chipping and are too thin so the bottoms are chipping off. I will never go back. Read Less

So I went to this place for the first time 3 days ago.. Mind you the only reason I went is because my husband bought me a gift certificate.. I got a full set, gel and a pedicure with a French. My nails look horrible. The gentlemen slapped on the acrylic and did not file around my cuticles.. The nails he put on are to big for my fingers. They look horrible. 2 have popped off in 3 days. The pedicure didn't even feel like an actual pedicure very rushed and sloppy!!! so spending ...almost $100 with tip i am highly disappointed. Maybe there are others that are much better and actually take their time but what I received for $100 was rushed and very sloppy. I do not know of a single place that does not use the tool to file your nails smooth.. All that was used was a normal file for shape ... I would not recommend this place at all! Now 3 days later I have to go somewhere else in hopes the can fix the nails I have left otherwise I'm going to have to get them removed so more $$$$ for pure laziness and sloppy work. I LOVE this salon.  It's family owned and everyone there is very nice and courteous. The pedicure chairs will blow your mind! I had no idea that I could leave a nail salon feeling like i had just had a massage.  Prices are very reasonable and they offer gel nail polish which lasts way longer than traditional nail polish and seems to make my nails stronger. The person that did my nails was friendly, but the constant talking/laughing in Vietnamese is extremely rude. Whatever, more importantly, I could paint my nails better at home. The mother at this family-owned place did my waxing and the 18-year-old daughter did my mani-pedi. Waxing wasn't bad at all... Nails though, pathetic. Seriously- don't waste your money. I have been going here for years. I've received nothing short of excellent service. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Dona is the best for my pink and whites. I also get regular pedicures and I've had them done by every employee without complaint. Read Less

Terrible service. Called and made an appointment for 3 pm. Arrived at 2:50 and noticed only one person working with a client waiting. At 3:15 I asked if she was working by herself and she stated that someone else would be back from break shortly. At 3:38 still no one was there.
