I've been a loyal customer here for a year. After my last visit i refuse to spend another penny here! I called in and made and made an appointment and was told to come in right away so i did. When i get there the person who i was scheduled with (angel) was with another client so i was asked if i wanted a pedicure while i was waiting. I didn't plan on getting one but i agreed to get a polish change so i wasn't just sitting there. After waiting an hr after my scheduled appointment i finally sat down with angel and she was being rude the moment i sat down. I asked if she was ok and she started having an attitude with me and i asked if i could get my nails cut down and she looked at me in disgust like i was an inconvenience to her. I asked her why she was being rude and said i needed to leave within an hr so i could go and feed my children dinner and she got an attitude and said she will try to be done in 35 minutes and i said that was no problem and that i called beforehand and i was told to come in right away so i didn't know there would be an issue. She looked at me with a horrible attitude and told me to stop talking so she can do her job and i said excuse me because i couldn't believe how rude she was being..all of a sudden she stands up and refuses to finish my nails after she started taking paint off and trimming them! I asked her yet again why she was treating me that way and Henry in the back chimed in and said "you heard what she said"..i was in complete shock with their behavior and needless to say i walked out crying because no place should EVER treat a customer with such disrespect. I was a very loyal customer and spent a lot of money there. Usually Susan does my nails and I've never had an issue with her. After today, i will NEVER spend another dollar there! I didn't do anything wrong and there is absolutely nothing wrong with expecting to be treated with respect when you're paying for a service! I loved going here but i don't care how bad of a day you're having, you should NEVER treat a customer that way! I highly recommend to go somewhere else but if you do come here, ask for Susan or Christy. They are always in a positive mood and treat their customer's well! I wish this never happened but i refuse to be treated that way again!! I don't wish that on anybody else! Read Less

Had a pedicure by Mindy today. FOR SURE will go back. From the greeting by the desk folks when we got there and throughout the entire process I was very impressed. My feet feel great and look great. CLEAN and MODERN salon. Very classy. Good price point. I'll be a regular for sure. Read Less

Christy and Susan along with their team of nail and beauty experts are great. They live up to a standard of providing only quality work and they take pride in what they do. I enjoy every visit there and have not gone anywhere else since I first stepped foot in their wonderful buisness. They are very busy and appointments are recommended as these ladies are all in high demand. Read Less

I love Tammy - she does a marvelous job & is sweet & funny. The new decor is nice and bright, but the new chairs for pedis are really awkward & difficult to get in and out of. (And they are not as comfortable as the old chairs!) Aside from that one criticism, I enjoy my times there as everyone is very nice and welcoming. Read Less

I do a walk in 95% of the time, I rarely have to wait & when I call for appointment they always fit me in. The nail techs always do my nails just like I ask although they may offer suggestions they don't push anything. They always do an amazing job with quality products(I've had to go somewhere else a few times due to my own time constraints & recently when they remodeled & I regretted it each time). The spa is always clean & now has such a sleek modern appearance after the remodel the staff are always pleasant & professional. I occasionally get pedicures & they are amazing. Read Less

New to STP and first time at the salon today. Found it via Google Maps. No appt. Thirty min wait, but I didn't mind. Pop music was playing not too loudly and the TV was on mute. Smart. My nail tech did an excellent job on my toes (basic pedi, no polish) and my fingers (gel French). Not too chatty and very efficient. I didn't get his name, but I'll be back. I have been going to New Image for at least 3 years. Anna does my nails almost everytime. She's amazing at designs and can do pretty much whatever you ask her to. The whole staff is very professional and polite. When Anna isn't available, I go to Jenny. Anyone in the shop can provide quality service using quality products. My nails last for weeks without breaking, and the polish never peels. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Their prices are fair, you will not be disappointed.
