Terrible customer service. They have no idea what service their customer had done on prior visit which was only a week ago. Nails are chipping and color coming off after 3 days. Told we can't fix if you don't remember color. Also told washing dishes fades your nail color. Then tells me we have over 250 colors to choose from. Again no record on their behalf of what color was used so to fix they would have to charge for new job. Basically you point the blame on the customer and not their poor product and service. They should make their customers feel more welcome. They act as if they are doing their customers a favor when we are paying for a service. There is so much competition in the business they're in, there is a nail salon on every corner so they should have better attitudes with their customers. The owners wife is rude and always has been. I am on vacation, visiting family from Port Saint Lucie right now.. During my stay I thought it would be a nice idea to get my nails done. Quite frankly, I wish I waited until my return back home. It seemed to be that the workers were only accommodating those who were passed customers, leaving me to wait over 20 minutes. Following that, they did not work on my cuticles that clearly needed to be done. Lastly, there were numerous times that I had to ask the worker to redo a nail as he often missed or smudged spots. I had my nails done here and there was a major language barrier! That doesn't bother me if the person knows what I'm requesting. However, after you pay $40 to have your nails done and it's a special treat. You would like to make sure that they do what you ask. When I brought this to managements attention they really didn't care at all and where super rude about my even inquiring about any issue.  I did not stay I left with my nails undone but with my pride intact. I go here all the time. It is easy to become a "frequent flyer" here. All customers are welcome to a complimentary drink. I have brought a bridal party in after close with our own-supplied champagne and fruit. They are very accommodating. They do great work, and are becoming more and more busy. I am new to the area and tried a few others, but now I have luckily found my permanent nail salon.  Cindy did my pink and white nails.  She was very meticulous and did my nails EXACTLY the way I asked her to.  She did an outstanding job!  I can't say enough about how awesome they look! I couldn't be happier!Amy did my pedicure and was very accommodating.  She stayed late on a Friday night just to take care of me.  The pedicure with a hot stone massage was so relaxing and Amy did an excellent massage on my legs. They were nice when I walked in but that had a horrible polish selection and a bland gel color selection and then my acrylics are either super thick or really thin and half of them broke with in a week of getting them done! I really like this salon. I come here for pedicures and being disabled, they are helpful and accommodating. Everything they use is sterlized in autoclaves which I can see. The salon is very clean and does not have a salon smell. The staff is very nice and very professional.  This is the only nail salon I will use. Read Less

I can't begin to explain how upset I am with this nail salon I went there on Sunday to get a feel for my pink and white and the guy did a horrible job did not file the back nor did he filed the inside enough so you can boldly see where the fill line goes went back there today so they can fix it and was told I had to pay half the price to fix something that they did incorrectly sounds ridiculous never will go there again Read Less

I was greeted when I walked in. I didn't have an appointment, but they took me immediately. Had a wonderful massage chair, TV, and very clean. Operator was friendly and efficient. Have been coming to this salon for a year, about every 3 weeks.  Sometimes results better than others.  I Want SNS healthy nails service ,  I sometimes noted use of  other similar products when color powder is requested by me. Oriental Escape is now under new management and possibly the terrible review by krissyjoe was an attempt to sabotage this business or they were in a different nail salon. This place is awesome - new ownership. Previous review is obviously someone who is with another salon or has something personal against the new owes. My wife goes there, I have gone there a few times, and my in-laws go there as well. They are very generous people that bring new comfortability to the location with new seating. The new owners, husband and wife, are extremely pleasant, and the facility is CLEAN! For someone to try and trash a business as the aforementioned did is disgusting, it says a lot about the reviewer, and is legally libel - they should hope their IP isn't tracked. Read Less
