I have been going to this place for quite some time now and have never had an issue with Tina. She is very nice and does a beautiful job. However, I can't say the same about the others. Two weeks ago I went to have my first set of acrylics, a pedicure and waxing. When I made the appointment I made sure to let the owner know what I wanted. She informed me that Tina was on vacation so I requested for her to give me her next best person. When I got there, she did not have anyone assigned to me. From that point on everything went down hill. Her and her employee were arguing right in front of me. It seem like he didn't want to do my pedicure. Then I was moved to another lady to do my acrylics. She did a regular manicure because the owner said I never requested acrylics. Long story short, I got everything I wanted done after hours of frustration and it all came out terrible!! Both my pedicure and acrylics looked old and totally out of shape after 3 days. I came to have the cuticles cut on my feet and change the nail polish. I was ok with paying extra if need be. They older lady said the man would charge me $20 I said ok. I sat down and he cut the cuticle on ONE toe! ONE and still charged me $20! So that all he got since he wanted to be slick! How rude! I will never go back! Read Less

The WORST experience I could have imagined. The technician (who I'm guessing isn't licensed and barely trained) Was struggling the whole time, all the while, 4 other technicians were letting him sink while they played on their cell phones. I struggled through the pedicure, but I had to cut the manicure short of being finished before my nails were completely destroyed. Considering they didn't attempt to charge me for both, I assume they knew it was not going well, and still, no one attempted to help him or ask how he was doing. When sharing my experience with friends, there were others that relayed bad experiences there themselves. This place looks nice, but I would caution against using them. Read Less

I do not feel like I had a pedicure nor a manicure...my heels are rough and my cuticles are raggedy. I will be returning to Luminous Nails across the street. The tech who took care of me was nice but did not do a very good job. Read Less

Worst pedicure ever. Even though they were slow they rushed through our pedicures in less than 20 min. My heels are still extremely rough and I asked for my nails to be buffed instead of painted which they wanted to charge an additional four dollars. My friend was hurt & bleeding from the big toe. Lastly my chair was not working correctly, I could barely feel the grinding massager & a lady 2 chairs down asked to move because her didn't work either. I don't mind paying a little extra for a good job & experience but at $24 before buffing I think this place is way overpriced for the quality they offer. Read Less

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I went to this place based on the reviews on Google, and heard two other women walk in and say they were there because of the reviews on Google being good. The woman who did my nails this absolutely sweet as can be and bless her heart she tried her best but she had no idea how to do pink and white acrylic and had to remove it and start over after the second nail. The nailbeds work fairly flat and one of them actually curved up at the tip. I tipped her well because she did try but I will not return there. After only one week of having the nails on four have popped off. I have one acrylic nails for over 25 years and never had them lift like this. I basically threw away $33. I'm still looking for a decent nail salon that does a good job and when I do I will definitely post a good review for them Read Less
