My stylist really listened to my hair desires & discussed honestly with me about how those ideas would work out with my hair & in the way I wanted to do my hair. She also paused throughout the cut/styling process to get my input & let me know how the cut & style was going. Jakeup has been my stylist for awhile now, and I have to say he is the best of the best. I never know what to do with my hair but he always has the best suggestions to compliment my face. He is truly an artist and can make anything you want happen. My last visit I came in with a picture that was a drastic change from what my hair had been. Not only did Jake match the coloring perfect to what I had wanted but he suggested extensions for more volume and length. My hair is thin and seems to stop growing when it hits a certain length. We decided to do it! He colored the tape-in extensions I choose to match the rest of my hair perfectly. My hair is now long, voluminous and awesomely colored for my new summer look. A few weeks ago I brought my niece in for her appointment with Jakeup for a cut and style. From my past experiences with salons in the area I can honestly say that this was the best of them all. What a waste! Made my appt a month ago. Just sat for 30 min for them to tell me my hairstylist wasn't even coming in. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Disgusted. Wouldn't ever go here again.I completely understand that things can happen but the lies these people tell is awful. They made me believe she was there when I signed in, then called her in front of me to see when she was coming In, then tried to lie to me. Then the manager called me days later and tried lying again. Don't need the discount just think honesty goes farther when it comes to mistakes in business. I went to Fusion Spa yesterday and had a wonderful experience. My massage therapist, Dalia, was very friendly and professional. It truly was one of the best massages I've ever had. I have gone to Taylor for facials a few times and I plan to make it more regular because she works magic! She is knowledgeable, extremely sweet and really takes care of my skin needs. I leave amazed at how much my overall skin improves after seeing her her. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the facial. The salon is clean and cute, and the staff is always friendly. I have purchased a few Aveda products on recommendation and they have easily become 'must haves' in my skin care routine. Read Less
