Most horrible nail place I’ve EVER been too! The receptionist has the worst attitude , not welcoming at ALL! I was there on Saturday with my kids and because I was there with my kids they didn’t want to finish my full pedicure , the Asian guy rushed through my nails and they came out horrible , they still charged me and were super nasty about it. I love the service I received after Trish worked on my nails. I got 3 acrylic nails and the person who did them rushed it and they were not all the same looking. I’m so happy Trisha was happy enough to fix it for me and make me happy. I brought my friend w/ me and she ended up w/ the person who made my nails uneven. I have been going to Bella Lani since I moved back to the area, about 5 years ago. The place is a gem, and now my mom and daughter go more regularly than I do! It’s got all the glam of a big city shop, with the nurturing and friendly environment of a neighborhood salon. I’ve read lots of complaints about staff being rude, but I can’t imagine that! Everyone is so sweet and always greeting anybody walking in the door. All I can imagine is that these negative experiences were a result of the salon being slammed and staff not having as much time and attention to give. The place gets as busy as it does because of the good service and work, but along with that can sometimes come a bit of a rush. It’s no different than waiting in line for anything else. Sometimes it’s just a bit too busy for chit chat, and I can’t imagine anyone would fault anyone else for that. The very few times I did have an issue with service, they were so accommodating! I would start mentioning names of who does my nails and lashes and brows and toes and even helps me pick colors, but I think the review is long enough 😉. Keep up the good work! Read Less

No matter who you get everybody does wonderful on nails/fullset/Gels and pedicures. They do a Beautiful job on eyebrows all-around great please . Price is a little higher than other places but It's definitely Worth it and you don't even notice the price once you see the beautiful quality they do. Great place! You won't get disappointed. Today I went to Bella lani to get my teenager lash extension, and what a disappointment. The lashes looked like fake lashes with an excessive amount of glue. While they were applying the lashes another coworker came and they began to talk about their sexual life. When we went back to remove them, the owner proceeded to pluck them off. No solutions used to safely remove them ( my child is now missing her own lashes) . Not only was the removal unprofessional but so was the woman's reaction. She not only cursed at my child and proceeded to tell my child that she was not going to be satisfied with them because she couldn't look like someone she wasn't. If you want to get lashes done I would highly suggest not going to Bella lani's. Not only do the lashes look horrible but the experience is even worse. Share this to warn people about Bella lani's horrible services, if you can even call that service. Bella Lani. Great service very neat and hygienic... They also use liners pedicure tubs. I just wish they had leg bolsters so I don't have to lift my leg so much as I am heavyset. All of the staff are warm and do an amazing polish and wax work. Workmanship is top at Bella Lani. Read Less

I've been coming to this nail salon for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it!A few months back, Bella Lani moved to a new location within Tradition Square. The old salon was a decent size and structure, but the new location is AMAZING! It's a high class and chic type feel but for moderate prices. There are chandeliers, a blow out station to get your hair done, a room for eyebrow waxing and the chairs with the small tub to put your feet in are different than any other salon. It's like sitting in your own personal sofa with a back massage.As for the staff - they are so friendly and personable. I usually ask for Mae, Abby or Daisy to do my mani and pedi. They are really thorough and quick, while doing a clean job. It's nice to have a conversation and laugh while getting my nails done.I don't do fake nails like acrylic or gel, so I can't give a critique on that; however I usually get a basic manicure and pedicure, which is relaxing. You start with your toes, where you get your toenails cut, cuticles pushed down, legs scrubbed and then lotion is applied. For the fingernails, the same follows. I recommend getting gel nail polish if you don't want to do fake nails. I recently tried it and it lasts for 2 weeks!!! When has regular nail polish lasted for two weeks if it's not fake! The only cons to this is that you choose a nail polish color for your fingernails, but then have to choose a similar color for the toes (since the toes are not gel nail polish). Sometimes the colors are a little off but the people at the salon try to find the most similar color. Also, to take off the nail polish, you either have to come in and have them remove it for $5 or you have to remove it yourself with acetone and foil (Google it). The price for the gel nail polish is $25 (kind of pricey but well worth it). Overall, the experience and service is wonderful so if you're looking for a nail salon, give this one a shot! Read Less

I went to these beautiful people when they where at brookside, I've left and come back to Brisbane and was shattered when I discovered them no longer there.
