CT Nails was hands down my favorite nail salon in Macedon! My tiny fingers very difficult to paint but they still did it very good. They offered many different colors and shades for me to choose. In short, I highly recommend this place. Read Less

I just found my new go to nail salon! Customer service so great! They bend over headwards to greeted me when I steeped in. The service here are so great! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEEEEE! I went there today to get a full set and this young stupid lady did my nails and cut me not once but TWICE until I was bleeding. Guess she thought the first cut wasn’t enough so she decided to cut me again! Then when I requested someone else do my nails (this man) he told me he couldn’t because he had to go home after he finished the current nails he was doing because of his daughter being sick, so I said whatever and just decided to not get my nails done because I was already bleeding at this point and upset with the service but as I was leaving the mall I seen the man who claimed he had to go home to his sick daughter outside on his phone smoking a cigarette! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER RECEIVED FROM THERE AND O BEEN GOING HERE FOR A YR BUT NOT NO MORE! You lost a regular! Read Less

I've been to both nail salons in this mall and Cali Nails is the one I return to. The other one (near Dillard's) charged me $40 for a regular gel fill and for the first time ever in 6 years, they started to lift within a week. I've been to Cali Nails three times and each time had a different nail technician and I have always had a pleasant experience and have been extremely happy with my nails plus they charge me only $25. During busy hours there is a wait so the bad reviews I read here are extremely confusing. Obviously there are plenty of people that are happy with the salon and are willing to wait to get their nails done here.Read Less

I used to use this nail salon every two weeks almost 2 years ago, then I stopped getting my nails done for financial reasons. I finally decided to get a pedicure again and went back to Cali Pro because that's where I've always gone. NEVER again!! They're prices have gone up and the nail tech did a very poor job. It was very painful and she didn't even file my feet. They feel as rough as they did before I went in! Very disgusted with this experience and will be finding a new salon for my next pedicure!! Not the nicest mall, but the nail salon looked very new and immaculate. Not to be confused with the Cali Pro in countryside mall. I waited for maybe less than ten minutes-- I got the gel on my toes removed and a gel French pedicure, I also for the roses and romance pedicure-- it was about 52$ all together not including the tip. Decent prices... decent nails. Nothing over the top. Just average. I went on a weekend so it was pretty busy. There were some women getting pedi's ahead of us and they ordered a bottle of wine (yes they serve wine) however at the end they refused to pay for it because they said it was disgusting lol after they left all the employees did was talk about them to all the customers. I've walked by this place 100 times while at Countryside mall, and finally I decided I'd stop in.  I always liked the Nail bar look, so I went inside and asked if they could do a manicure. Since I had gel polish on (From the Pia event), they said sure, but they'd have to take that off first (+$3). The receptionist kept trying to up sell me to a mani-pedi combo, no thanks, just wanted a manicure. I got to sit at the bar outside near the escalators, (by the way, the elevator is no longer a sticker.. it's real!) while the tech set my stuff up. She was efficient, but I had trouble understanding what she wanted me to do, so we settled on hand gestures, which worked fine.  Since my nails are small, there really wasn't much of a filing job to be done, though she was proficient at trimming my cuticles. The polish application was... well looking at it today, even after three coats of the gel polish she used it is streaky and while from a distance it looks nice, up close it isn't well done. Over all, I'd say this is an OK place. I probably won't be their number one client. Read Less
