Definitely the best around town! Very clean & EXTREMELY friendly! They make you feel at home! The manicures are wonderful & the pedicures feel even better! My daughter and granddaughter get their nails done there weekly. Its the only place they will go. They both go for nail design not a straight nail color. Their nails always look beautiful! For mothers day they took me for a pedicure. The experience was wonderful. The Shop is clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and the pedicure was the best ever! I love going to Zen Nails! They are always sooo welcoming-- every person working greets you when you walk in, which is amazing! Everyone is so attentive and great at what they do. I've been trying to find a good nail salon to go to and had been to way too many that just feel like they want you in and out and don't care about details and you're experience, but Zen always makes me feel welcomed and not rushed! I agree with the other reviewers, the salon was clean and they seemed friendly. However, the gentleman that did my nails went VERY fast and was very rough. Not relaxing at all. The manicure hand massage was less that a minute long and was very sloppy. (No exaggeration!) My gel polish is not even across all my nails. Some nails have more polish than others. I did not complain while there, as my niece was with me and I did not want to ruin her experience. I try to be understanding when visiting new salons, but this man’s behavior was unacceptable. I went to ZEN NAILS yesterday day after Christmas I explain to the Owner Nancy the Issues I had with prior Place Nails always CRACKING She gave me some Suggestions. She recommended me NICK... I havent had a man do my Nails since I moved here 16 years ago. I came from BROOKLYN NY having a Man Tech never thought I find another Man Like up north This Man was AMAZING He Fixed my Broken NAILS and I must said They look GREAT. Let me start by saying that I've been going to Zen for years. I love love love it. By far the best nail salon that Port Orange has to offer. With the amazing workers and huge variety of colors (powder, gel, and regular polish), I leave happy every time! Also Nikki is the best. Been going to zen nails for over 2 years now. I have tried many places through all the years of getting my nails done and by far this is the best place around!!! I went one time bc it was close to home and boy was I lucky!!! Nancy is amazing!!! Nails are extremely durable and she does everything to make sure you leave happy!! Read Less

I am not one for writing reviews, but I would be doing a disservice to other customers considering having their nails done at Zen.This is by far one of the worst customer service experience I've ever received. The gentleman I had, his name is Long, was absolutely rude, very abrupt, and he did a very rushed job on my nails. Rather than politely telling you what he needed you to do next, he was constantly making snappy hand gestures  when he needed you to give him your other hand. Towards the end he snapped at me when I didn't understand what he was trying to tell me when he wanted me to rinse my hands off at the sink. Also, he was very rough when filing my nails and it actually hurt a few times, and made me pull away from him when it got too sensitive. He also kept using his own nail to clean off the access polish from the sides of my nail and the underneath; never have I been to a nail salon where they don't use an instrument to clean your nail off.Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get out of there and my nails don't look as good as I've seen them when I get them done elsewhere. They look so so.... But again, he did a rushed job.I'm in Florida visiting and just wanted to get my nails done before I head home to Maine tomorrow.... But, when I come back to visit I will not be coming back to this nail salon ever again. I went to this location based on some good reviews, and perhaps the women that work  here are nicer, but the man that attended to me today (Long) was so rude and his quality of work was very poor.I wish I could leave a stellar review ( I literally just left the salon), but I amso disappointed with the customer experience I received today.  Highly discourage anyone from going here; there are other nail salons that I think would be far better worth your time and money.Thanks for reading!Heather Read Less

Went today for the first time after the person who has been doing my nails for years moved. Nancy at Zen was recommended by a friend who used to go to the same salon as me. I thought Nancy did a good job. She was also quick and friendly. I hate to spend a lot of time on my day off as I always have lots to do. Salon appeared very clean and equipment was up to date.
