Wasnt happy with current nail salon, so wanted to try them out. Got gel mani and a pedi. Not impressed. Paid even less attention to detail than the former salon and cost a few bucks more. This had to be one of the worst experiences ever. First I made an appointment at 12pm then at 11:50 I got a call saying that they moved my appointment an hour later, when I was already on my way. When I finally arrived, I went to get a Brazilian wax. I was taken to a small dirty room in the back by a Chinese lady who didn't speak any english. I was sat on a table with a stack of newspapers and given a stained towel to wear. The process took an hour and 30 minutes and all the hair was not removed. The lady kept apologizing and eventually gave up on waxing and used tweezers. The equitment she used was not sanitary, and as soon as she was done with the tweezers she put them back in with the rest of her belongings. I was charged 45 dollars for a half ass job and disgusting equipment. I would not recommend this place for anyone this is a filthy overpriced salon. Read Less

DO NOT COME HERE. I just returned home from one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I wish I would've listened to the previous reviews before I went in. I would give this place a -10 stars if I could. The only reason I decided to come here is because my normal nail salon is closed on Sundays and I needed a simple fill. I figured how bad could they mess it up? Boy I was wrong. The minute I walked in I noticed how dirty the place was compared to the pictures on Yelp. I sit down and the nail tech prepares to take my previous gel polish off and the very first time she touches me with the tool she loses control of it and it rolls all the way around my finger. Okay, it hurt A LOT but she pulls my finger back towards her and starts to work again. I noticed some blood on her finger so I pull my hand back and turn it over to a half inch slice across my pinky finger!! She grabs my hand and wraps her dirty hands around it trying to act like nothing has happened and just keeps apologizing. I try to insist and tell her that the cut is pretty bad and I should probably wash my hands but she continues to tell me no no.. She leaves to go get a bandaid and so I get up to wash my hands, at this point I was just concerned about it getting infected. I sit back down and she puts nail glue on the cut to close it I'm assuming - a little weirded out. She bring over a dirty ass towel and wipes my hands with it. Then an older woman, the owner I guessed, comes over and drops off a little dirty bottle of blue liquid. I ask her what it is and she tells me something to stop bleeding. She puts it on my cut and its burns like hell! No one there spoke any English or could understand anything I was saying. I kept asking if I should fill out an incident report or if they document injuries and no one understood what I was saying. They just kept trying to explain to me why it happened and how the tech was using someone else's machine that she wasn't used to. The whole situation was so messed up and no one was taking this big gash on my finger seriously. Just trying to act like it didn't happen and I was making a big deal about it. So she wrapped it with a bandaid and starts with my other nails and I'm terrified that she's going to cut me again. I would've just left if my nails didn't look like they just went through a blender and there was another nail salon around that was open. She finally finished my nails and they are just bad, not even shaped nicely. I've never left a salon with sticky gel polish ever. When she finished she apologized and I just walked out. I don't even know if my nails will dry so I'll be going to my regular salon tomorrow to have them fixed. I will not ever be returning to this salon EVER and I suggest you don't take the risk. I made a mistake trying to give this place a try. While getting my nails done, the manicurist broke my nail. Wen I pointed it out he tried to tell me it wasn't broken but cracked, a rather large crack. The owner eventually came over and tried to upsell me. I told her I wasn't paying for anything that would be higher. She told me she would do the higher priced item for what I originally planned to pay. 5 mins later she changed her mind. She went on to claim she as giving me a discount by not charging me for the nails. I paid for my partial pedicure and left. She was terrible to me nonstop. Read Less

Here for a short time in Port Orange and really couldnt find any STELLAR reviews on a nail clinic so I just  went with the closest one near me.  Basic petticure 22 dollars. The place seemed clean, they were scrubbing/sanitizing the petticure stations.  Good selection of colors. Generous time on foot massage... but it wasnt a great massage persay....    the massage chairs on the other hand were really good.  The place isn't 'fancy' like some of these new-age salons-- no glass of water, drink offered....poor magazine selection/ some kids running around (of other clients), but overall it was a good petticure and I m pleased with my feet. I believe the technician took her time and it turned out good.  If i need a petticure and Im back in this area ill go here. Read Less

Awful. Went to get a shellac manicure and they didn't to the manicure part. Told the lady I only wanted my nails filed a little because I wanted them to stay long, and she filed them short and uneven. To be honest, my undone nails looked better before I got them done here. My girlie and I didn't have time to get our nails done at home before our time away, so we decided to get 'em done daytona-style. $55 for a french pedi and a gel mani?? me likey!! Seemed clean enough and with a friendly staff to boot, I'd say we found ourselves a winner! Read Less

Not a single complaint for this place!  My friend and I were greeted upon entering and immediately seated and attended to.  She had a "face wax" and was really well pleased - especially with the shape of her brows!Lee was my nail tech and I'm VERY happy that he was the one who took care of my nails.  He has an amazing sense of humor and is very talented and meticulous.  My nails look like pure perfection!  No residual polish left on the outside of my nails (which is sort of a big deal).   The entire process was painless (and I mean that literally).  He was very gentle and really took his time, which I greatly appreciated.  He also does a really great massage!  My legs and feet felt like new money by the time he was done.So if you're ever in the area and you need a mani/pedi...stop by here and let Lee hook you up! I searched far and wide for "the" nail salon I'd use in Port Orange, after relocating from Lake Mary. I tried three nail salons with "meh" results. Okay, one was actually pretty bad. Then I found Victoria's. Yay! My pink and whites are perfect! There's not a bubble, rough edge, wrinkle or flaw to be found anywhere. Vien (Vinnie) was my nail tech, and he was gentle and quick, and quite fun to chat with. Witty sense of humor! The price was right at $20 for a pink fill-in and $30 for a pink-and-white. I've already scheduled my next fill-in. This is my new go-to spot! Read Less
