Sally’s dream nails is professional and clean. Their prices are very reasonable! She has always been upfront about the prices and they have been the same since I started coming here. Very unethical place. Sally herself said at the beginning of our pedicures things had been very slow. To my surprise when we checked out my 6 year olds pedicure was $10 more then it was when we went not even 2 months ago. Before that we had always gone once a month for pedicures. After asking her why it was so much more she proceeded to argue with me in front of the other customer about how it had never been $15 for a kids pedicure. $18 she said. So I asked her why now ...all of a sudden it was $25. She said it had always been $25, after she had just told me it was $18??? And then they did a “design”. With it asking. So extra for that also. I tried Legend Nail Bar with my mom today and it was such a wonderful experience. The environment was nice and clean but the customer service was what made it so great. All the ladies working there were beautiful inside and out and definitely made us feel welcomed. Cocoa took care of me and Kelly took care of my mom. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be getting to know us. I have delicate skin and most places I’ve gone to have peeled my skin when cutting my cuticles, even after I tell them. The people there were friendly and when I left they looked great.. I had ANC done and all the years I had ANC I never had the top layers of the nail color peel after a 3-4 days. The service I received was amazing. I got the all natural mani/pedi combo complete with neck and head massage. It was the best pedicure I've ever had. I did however feel like the price was miscommunicated. What I thought was a great deal of $75 turned out to be $120! I still feel like I was misled even though the quality if work was great. Super cute and chic nail salon. Came here for the first time and got the classic mani and pedi. Kelly took her time and didn't rush at all. The best pedicure I've had in a very long time! They use hot towels and the hot stone as part of a basic pedicure, which is fantastic. This was my first time at the salon and I received excellent service. Sally and the staff are friendly, courteous and meticulous in their work. The salon is extremely clean and the price is great, particularly for what you receive. I absolutely love the fact that there is a child's pedicure chair which is a rare find-I will definitely be going back and will bring my daughter so she can try it out! I had gone here to have my gel polish replaced after having a horrible experience somewhere else. Today will be exactly one week since having my nails done. Within two days my polish was already peeling off at the edges of three fingers. By today, 3/4 of the polish has come off my thumb. I always get gel polish because it lasts longer, and I'm willing to pay more for it. The tech was friendly, and gentle with the tools on my nails. Initially the polish looked perfect and even, perfect to the cuticle line which I'm a stickler for. However I won't be returning in spite of this nice guy technician. Only place around that has a child's massage chair. That's huge. Today was our second time here, and they were just as accommodating and friendly as the first time. Other than the child's seat, the next best part is that they didn't rush! The pedicure is very relaxing and never leaves me feeling like I wished for more. Happy to have them so close to home!
