If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would never ever recommend this nail salon. My mother and I went in to get our nails done (gel manicure) and a pedicure. We made the appointment and once we got to the salon it didn’t look the most modern or sanitary. The whole place had a weird smell and the towels used smelled horrible (as if they’d been put away wet and not dried completely). The woman attending us seemed to be in a rush wanting to get us out ASAP despite the fact that we were the only two customers there. Our “gel” manicures were HORRIBLE! The polish wasn’t opaque as you could see the tip tip of your finger nail with both colors (nude and red) and seemed very thin for a “gel” manicure. At other nail salons we usually pay $45 (not including tip) for gel manicure and a pedicure...this woman charged us $60 EACH FOR THE WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE. She didn’t cut, file, or care for our cuticles, just color and at that a bad job at that. Both our nails 2 days after getting done were PEELING BACK. 1 week post nail appointment we both have 4-5 nails that the polish has lifted completely. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I came in and was told that a manicure shellac is $18. Then she  finished the nails and told me $32! She never told me that the price would go up if she did my cuticles. When I refused to pay the difference she CURSED ME! How dare she curse a customer! Will never be coming here again!!! This place sucks! 1st time there and last. The woman was going between doing my pedicure and another persons fingers. Even after i said i did not mond waiting until she finished with her. She insisted i sit with my fwet in water. Nail polish was all jacked up. I felt as though she was very rushed for some reason. Then i debated getting my brows tinted and waxed after that. I had pink & whites... the very next day nails were lifting on the sides.  Although I had an appointment, Lena rushed through my nail application , leaving dust on nails under the gel coat.  The pedicure was done by another tech... who actually cut my toe... & scraped my heels to the point they were sore to walk on... will not go back there... I went in there for a gel nail removal about 5 weeks ago and I am still mad.  My nails are damaged, when the tech took of the top layer of the nails.  My nails are brittle and keep breaking off to the quick. I shold have left when she started using a tool to to peel off the polish. Then she talked me into a manicure, only if I could understand her. BEWARE? Read Less

Horrible!!! She forced me into getting gel nails at a special price of $20 instead of $28 and the assured me she had the same color of gel polish as I had picked out in regular polish. After she had  already had the base coat on and sat under the UV light NOPE not even a color close! I picked another color out and went on my way. Very next morning the gel had basically slid off my nail. 3 fingers completely gone. I drove back over to get them fixed and I was accused of picking at them. She then agrees to just polish them with regular polish. She sits my bare hands in straight acetone for 19 minutes! After my fingers were burning I removed them and the gel basically was off. She yelled at me for taking them out of acetone. I finally just said I'll go somewhere else, please just give me my money back. She said no she would only redo them. I have been living in Port Orange for 20 years. I have been to many nail salons, however Classy Nails has been my favorite salon for the past year. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like your family. No matter how busy they are they always find time to accommodate you. Lena and Tony make sure everything is clean and all the clients are comfortable. Everyone is so friendly, I have never had a bad experience. Their prices are very reasonable and they stand by their work. You at least should experience Classy Nails once, you won't regret it. Read Less

I did not even want to give them a one stat but yelp made me put something.   TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  After assuring me that what they were going to do would not damage my nails, they refused to give me my money back when they DESTROYED MY NAILS.   Don't ever ever ever go there.  There are at least 10 salons within 5 miles of there.  So pick anyone else. Not consistent in doing great nails. Shop is not kept clean and nails are often left on the floor. Would be nice to have all technicians to do great nails, but only found one person who would do a great job. Read Less

Pink and white tips were chipping and breaking away from nail bed after two days, same with French pedicure....polish chipping off.  It wasn't like I was washing dishes or swimming, I had it done the day before I went I to the hospital for a hysterectomy!!!  So disappointing!!!!  Staff was very nice, but for 75 bucks, you should not be dealing with this!!! I always get my nails done here. They do the best pink & white acrylics ive ever had done or seen. My neighbor only goes here too. Never tried the wax, but my mom had a pedi here and he really took his time and massaged and she doesnt have great feet, Lol. She loved it. Read Less

I came here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law to get some pedicures.  It was fairly busy but we got three chairs in a row.  After I put my foot in the water, I quickly retrieved it because the water was scalding!  I told my guy that it was really hot and I think he added some cooler water but it still was almost unbearable.  My MIL and SIL thought I was being a baby until they saw the my skin was a bright red once the guy started working on my feet - it looked like I had socks on.  He was rather gentle and did a good job but I would have preferred a more aggressive massage on my calves.  The place seemed sanitary but it always concerns me when they wear the masks.  It was $22 for a pedicure, which is not bad.Even though we were in FL, it was a cool day so I wore flats instead of sandals.  Bad choice.  Two nails were smudged by the time we got home.  Ah well...
