I went in today 05-06-2018 around 3:15pm with my best friend to get my nails done and both of us got crappy service, my nail tech spent an hour trying to shape and file my nails while my best friend who got started after I did was done before me and when she came to show me her nails her finger was bleeding from her nail tech digging his nail under hers they didn't compensate us at all and both of our sets of nails are uneven, I'm very very dissatisfied. Daughter had a female which was fine, but had a male who was so rough! After picking out dirt under my toenails, he would wipe it on top of my foot with the sharp object..ouch! Had my doubts about him doing my shellac manicure which he attempted to remove one previous and filed my nail til it broke in half! So painful! I just went to get my acrylics removed and I could've done a better job at just taking them off myself. I had long nails before and ended up with stubs at the end that look like they were all chewed up. I don't know how someone who does that bad was hired in the first place. Read Less

Disgusting! If I could, I would give them a negative 100. My disabled nephew went for a manicure today and they turned him away claiming they didn't work on men. That was an outright lie. Instead, they had him stand outside with his walker (which he needs to steady himself with) and trimmed his nails for all to see. Apparently, Regal nails discriminates against disabled persons. A clear case of discrimination of handicapped people.. A young man and his companion went to Regal Nail Salon in the Murdock Walmart this morning.. They gave his name and he went to wash his hands, a man who operates the salon looked at him and said "I don't do men", another costumer walked up and told him that her nail was broken , she had no appointment, but they took her before The young man. Place is tiny, no room to breath. Tech nicked my cuticle and did not clean up my nails properly. Didn't realize till I was home. Nicking cuticle spoiled the whole job. $32 later plus tip...not a happy camper!!! Read Less
