I walked in Nail Envy yesterday and yes I had to wait a little bit but there’s a reason why. Henry did my nails and was AMAZING! I have never had SNS dipped powder before and I’ve never heard of it!! It’s a process and takes a little time and that is why you wait. It’s so gorgeous and they feel natural and my fingers aren’t in any pain! No drilling and harsh filing. Yesterday, 2 cousins and I walked in and got seated immediately. I was welcomed by Henry. He is super friendly and talented. Don't bother if you're going for UV hard gels. Pretty sure whatever they have in that IBD pot is actually some other cheap runny gel. All it did was run right down into pools in my side walls, which the tech then got overly aggressive with. Shaved what he put down so thin that after a day of growth and a trip to the pool, the walls are lifting. At this point, any IBD gel you buy should be uv or led curable; Another reason I don't believe it was IBD in the pot. Also tired of one person starting my nails and then being sent to another as soon as an appointment walks in. I mean the staff is friendly, not speaking in their language excessively as they actually engage their customers, and the place looks clean. So I guess I can give 2 stars for this. However tech didn't do anything to my cuticles, not a clip or a little oil. No lotion. No hand massage. For $35 for a fill w crap product, I won't be returning. Read Less

Have been coming to Port Charlotte as a 'snowbird' for three years and have tried at least 10 different nail salons.  Today I found the best one by far!  Went to Nail Envy for a pedicure and was fortunate to get Crystal as my tech.  She was friendly, very knowledgable on how to care for my toe nails, and did an excellent job on my whole pedicure. Very friendly service and I was excited to find a nail salon nearby that does the powder dip nail color. I'm used to amazing nail concepts but they have a different brand, SNS, that seems to be just as good. Vince did a great job and I will definitely be back. I'm hoping they order more colors though! I just moved to Florida and this salon was recommended on a Facebook page. TC did my nails today and I'm delighted.  The hardest part about moving is finding a good nail spa! He asked a lot of questions about what I consider to be a good set of gel nails and he encouraged me to come back if there are any problems I will be back. One problem solved.
