Horrible experience at this salon. I had read the reviews but because it is so close to my home I thought I would try it. The staff were rude to customers who walked in - I was asked if I had an apt even though they were not busy. This place is horrible!! And gave me nail fungus!!!! So upset!!! Just went in to show them and they took 0 responsibility and made every excuse with 0 ownership. My doctor told me it was 100 perecent caused by improper cleaning. Now it will take at least 8 months to get rid of. Not happy at all!!! Read Less

After coming here for the first time, I left satisfied until I realized the salon had charged my card an extra $9.50 that I did NOT authorize. My total was $49 and was charged $58.50. After trying to continuously call the salon (during business hours) the phone was only ringing a busy signal for well over an hour. Should have read reviews. Paid $60 for mani pedi that was worth $0. Pretty sure I could have done a better job myself. I left with gel polish dried on my fingers, my cuticle paint looking uneven, clumpy paint job, and simply a salt scrub for a pedi. I witnessed a lady drop off her elderly mother who was obviously hard of hearing and had some memory issues. They sat her beside me so she could get her nails done. The tech asked her if she had gel on a few times but the woman didn't understand. I tried to explain, but she didn't know. The male technician said it was probably just a bruise. Well, it was still there the NEXT time I had my polish removed. So then I came home and took off all my polish, went to the Dr and it was FUNGUS--on every single one of my nails. She referred me to a podiatrist who confirmed that I had fungus. It is costing me $900 for laser treatments to get rid of it. Insurance does NOT cover. Needless to say, I won't be getting any more pedicures there, and NO WHERE ELSE, for that matter. Convenient since I live in nocatee- but rude and very careless.. I had one person do my pedicure and he did an awful job- I still have polish from my prior pedicure on my nails and the lady doing my manicure felt like she was sawing the tops of my fingers off and she cut me twice..  and I have glue stuck all around my fingers.. I felt bad leaving a mediocre tip but I was not happy- and it's very very uncomfortably hot in there. Read Less

After moving to Nocatee in January 2016, I started going here once a month for mani/pedi. In June 2016 as TiTi was putting polish on my big toe, I commented as to what was the brownish yellow spot on my nail? She mumbled something and started putting polish on my toes. When I got home that evening I noticed the nail on my big toe was split down the middle. I took off the polish and half my toenail fell off. After going on Google, I saw that I had a bad toenail fungus. She obviously knew what it was but chose to ignore it. Since I have never had this problem, I choose to think I got at this salon, and her ignoring the problem confirms it in my mind. I will not be back. Read Less

Horrible experience. I had an appointment, went on time. I still had to wait. Then speak their language clearly complaining.. I was supposed to come for a mani pedi but just got the pedi instead. Again, rude employees, no customer service. And when it was time to check out , I paid. While my nails were drying a person who didn't even do my nails said they forgot to charge me $10 more dollars for removing gel polish which they never told me was an additional charge in the beginning of my appointment. The good: The staff was friendly and even though they were busy I was seated at a pedicure chair right away. The pedicure was great, the massage portion was at least 20 minutes and my toes look good. My manicure looks good also.The bad: cleanliness was simply not up to par here. The tools are not sealed and are simply sitting in some kind of green gel that I suppose it meant to sterilize them. It is also clear to me that they recycle their paraffin wax, as in, they peel it off your hands and then melt it back into the tub and use it on someone else. They do not throw away the paraffin and instead place it in a basket below the warmer, and my nail tech at home has told me that this is a practice that some salons use. Gross to me. Conclusion: convenient if you live in Nocatee and the final result is ok but to me it isn't worth unsanitary conditions and risk of infection. Will not be back. Read Less

I just got an eyebrow wax there and will not be back. The woman was very rushed and did not cut or pluck brows after waxing. She also made me bleed by the way she ripped the strips off. I have gotten many eyebrow waxes and am not prone to bleeding, nor am I on any topical medications that would cause this. All in all, an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I do not recommed. This was my first nail salon I have ever been to in PV.  I have never been very picky about my nails but this manicure was embarrassing.! The colors I choose were pink and white, and when finished I asked why the look was very clumpy and she replied, " it is hard to paint these kinds of colors". This review is long overdue.I have never used yelp to find a nail salon but decided to today, and when I saw the reviews for this salon I was surprised that many where over 3 stars! Have been going to this nail salon for awhile now and while normally I would give it 4 stars, the last time I went for a gel Manicure done by one of the male nail technicians, it started peeling in a few days. After 1 week, 4 nails were a mess 2 with the polish totally lifted off the nails. I did stop in after a few days to show someone (he was not there at the time) and she said it was fine it just needed to be filed! Filed it down so the Polish was no longer raised but now that nail is shorter than the rest! Not happy with this gel mani at all. Read Less

This is the most convenient nail salon to me so I decided to give it a try in spite of the previous review. It is the typical set up with nail stations in the front and pedicure chairs in the back. The staff was friendly and I was taken right away. I had a basic mani pedi. Maybe I should have splurged for a more involved pedicure because I found mine to be a bit lacking. Over though it wasn't bad and I found it to be a good value considering the prices are pretty reasonable. Read Less
