Went to have my nails done a couple of weeks ago and will never go there again. Maybe it was because I was a tourist that I was taken for a ride when I went for a nail infill. There is notice at the nail technician's desk stating that her License must be laminated and displayed and that customers should ask to see it if required. I did and was told that it was not laminated, was in her bag and she made an excuse for me not to see it - and made me feel uncomfortable even asking. The technician was pleasant but the procedure hurt as my nails felt that they were being heated. At the end of the procedure it was recommended that I have shellac / gel topcoat which would last longer and keep the nails shiny; it would only cost another $2. I went ahead. The top coat peeled within 24 hours. Maybe I should have walked out when I encountered the first problem but the work had already started on my nails. Recently went to buy products for hair and nails! Products are displayed well and store is clean and inviting looking . Multiple brands and products available BUT prices are double compared to other salons which sell the same. I overheard the sales associate say to multiple shoppers (whichever product they chose) That's the best," I even use that on my hair!) She said the same thing to me when I picked up a straightener and asked her about it!They give you a hard time returning products as well! The manager has a bit of an attitude towards some of the older woman that were just looking around!Obviously I'm not impressed with any of the sales associates!I will make my future purchases online from Walmart which carry many of the same beauty products at a much lower price and free shipping!!! I came from NY with the formula for my hair coloring . After asking around for over a week no one  knew of a salon that had Wella . I called and asked at Tango they said they had the exact products . Gail was my colorist and blew out my hair . Excellent job! Excellent service ! Pleasant ! If you are in south Florida you must go to the salon . Plus they have every product imaginable.
