My daughter and myself use to go see Rose when she elegent nails. We ended up staying there. So we decided to try the new place ..... went in once just for fills, it was god. So we figured we’d try them for pedicures and fills . Biggest mistake ever. They took 2of us first and I waited and waited. There was space for all three of us to be seated by each other but no. The pedicure was so bad they didn’t use any water additives, cuticle remover notion nothing. I am a retired nail tech so I know how it should be done and it was no where near it. We let our feet dry paid and went back to Elegant nails. Should have known better. NEVER AGAIN.

I was visiting town and needed last minute gelish and a pedicure, I walked in and they fit me right in. Two ladies helped me , I cannot recall their names but they both had meticulous attention to detail, the pedicure took longer than I am used to bc she spent extra time massaging my legs and feet no complaints here! They did such a quality job and I was happy they were so affordable, I just wish they were at home so I could come back.

I went here based on all of the amazing reviews and I must say this is the worst nail experience I've ever had. I got a pedicure and dip manicure and I was there over 2.5 hours. The nail tech clipped off the side of my finger nails down to the skin (which I've never ever ever had done). She then proceeded to file where she clipped (my skin) to the point of two of them bleeding. My nails are uneven and she polished the top coat over my nails onto my skin which I had to have her fix after it dried.

They are open til 8 which is great for starters. I walked in at 7:30 so it was close to closing time, but they took me right in. I’ve been to many places where if you show up a half hour before close they say no we are closed and not taking anyone else. I got the lux pedicure. Phenomenal. Very relaxing. I was very happy with it. I will return.

She does my nails if she is available, perfect every time ! Every time I'm there (often!) her salon is fully occupied! She answers all calls herself.....convenient location, plenty of parking..... a must to try !!! Rose, see you in March :-)

This nail spa is truly an oasis. The BEST customer service you'll ever receive. The owner, Rose knows all her customers by name and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Although it doesn't take much because her staff is wonderful. They represent Rose and her mission which is to provide amazing customer service. My mother, sister and I have known Rose for over 15 years and she's the best in the industry. This place provides a long lasting relationship and her business will continue to grow and flourish because of it.

Excellent service! Sadly I went to get my annual mani/pedi today. Linda did an awesome job! She took her time and care on my hands and feet, removing all of the dead skin. Rose is the owner and extremely friendly with good customer service. They ask your name and use it whenever speaking with you. Rose appreciates your patronage and gave a hug goodbye. Great new and clean nail salon. Very friendly staff. Rose greeted me with a warm welcome and a hug. She asked my name and every time she checked on me she called me by my name. I had Harry for my pedicure who gave a killer nice long massage. I am very picky and I was very pleased with all around service. This will be my new nail spot for sure!

My daughter and myself use to go see Rose when she elegent nails. We ended up staying there. So we decided to try the new place ..... went in once just for fills, it was god. So we figured we’d try them for pedicures and fills . Biggest mistake ever. They took 2of us first and I waited and waited. There was space for all three of us to be seated by each other but no. I went here based on all of the amazing reviews and I must say this is the worst nail experience I've ever had. I got a pedicure and dip manicure and I was there over 2.5 hours. They are open til 8 which is great for starters. I walked in at 7:30 so it was close to closing time, but they took me right in. I’ve been to many places where if you show up a half hour before close they say no we are closed and not taking anyone else. I got the lux pedicure. Phenomenal. Very relaxing. I was very happy with it. I will return.

She does my nails if she is available, perfect every time ! Every time I'm there (often!) her salon is fully occupied! She answers all calls herself.....convenient location, plenty of parking..... a must to try !!! Rose, see you in March :-)
